Thick stone walls, slate roof, traditional cantou (fireplace)... everything is there... with all the comforts of today of course 😁 The small front garden will allow you to have lunch outdoors and make good planchas. Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.

The studette

Detached 15 m2 studio (Height: 2.15 m), on the ground floor of our house. Located between town and countryside, it consists of a bathroom, a kitchenette and a 140 cm bed. A small table is available outside. Parking in the yard of the house or on the street. No pets or parties please. Please note: our living rooms are located just above the studio. So you can hear noise during your stay!
