I spent a glorious month at Maria Celeste’s home. It was simply the best place to reset, connect with nature & rest. I’ve never been to a more peaceful home. Freshly squeezed orange juice (from trees) every morning. Lemons for water. A natural spring to swim off hiking grime. Mountains to climb surrounding the entire home. Lizard & butterfly friends. And so so quiet. Maria Celeste picked me up & drove me to the location. Taxi services available to go to town when needed. I can not recommend staying at this home more. If you need some R’n’R, stay. You won’t regret it.

What an incredible place! This would have to be one of the best Airbnb I have stay at! It was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed. Daniela was the most incredible host. Not only did she give us incredible suggestions, she helped book a few things for us. She went out of her way constantly to make sure we were able to enjoy the area. She made our experience in the Duo Valley incredible and very memorable.

One of the highlights was dinner prepared by Jet and Ronald. I highly recommend this as part of the experience. We shared an amazing meal with other guests, and there was a lot of info from Ron about the local wines from the region. I missed out on Jet’s breakfast, but heard amazing things from the other guests in another studio at the property. Great place and great people.

Absolutely delighted with our stay at Casa da Burra! From the moment we arrived, we felt that we had found the perfect place for a restful holiday. The house itself is a marvel. The facilities are excellent, and the equipment is complete. The reality is twice as good as the images that appear on the website. They really have everything you need for any need that may arise during a stay, even the unthinkable. We didn't have to worry about anything. The house is perfectly clean. The hostess' cordiality is, without exaggeration, exquisite. She made us feel at home from the first minute, always willing to help with a smile when needed (she lives in a house very close to Casa de Burra). Her genuine kindness (not invasive, very respectful) added a very special touch to our experience. Thank you very much Lucia and José, Susana. And what can we say about the surroundings... the rural environment of Chá is an invitation to the bed
