Holiday houses in Carfizzi

The house is located on a plot of land where there are also other inhabited and abandoned villas. The area is very quiet and far from the center of Capo Rizzuto. A supermarket is available in the center just a few minutes away by car. The apartment consists of the ground floor and an attached terrace/garden. You can park your car inside the gate to make loading and unloading even easier. The interiors have been recently renovated and are equipped with everything necessary. Ideal for stays with children. The outdoor shower is very helpful. The descent to the sea is reached within walking distance, but the stairs can be difficult for small children who are best carried in the arms. The beach is worth the whole expense: clean sand, sea always clear and protected from the waves by two breakwaters. Our kids spent whole days in the water and had the best time. Impeccable host.

The house is very nice, well-kept and very clean. It is located a stone's throw from the sea and the parking space is very comfortable. Accurate and punctual communication. Absolutely recommended!

Elvira is a friendly, helpful and accurate person in her communications. The house is cozy, functional, and well-equipped. The place is quiet and close to amenities.

With the help of Donatella, Salvatore's English-speaking, charming wife, and his spontaneous help, we found his house easily. It is wonderfully located with a fantastic view over the bay of Caminia, just as it looks in its photos on AirBnB. We were very happy and had wonderful vacation weeks. The apartment is spacious and beautifully and practically furnished. The reception was very warm with wine and fresh cookies. There are old tiled floors everywhere. There was nothing missing. When we didn't find a kettle, which we actually need as tea drinkers, Donatella brought us a new one the next day! When the water in the shower had no pressure after a storm, Salvatore was able to fix it the same day. The path to the small beach is easily accessible on foot. We soon got used to a steep part of the way. The water was wonderful. We left grateful and happy.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

The place was outstanding million dollar view. Spent a day in Pizzo a must. They were so responsive great with suggestions. Ghost town am st. Hot springs super close, best restaurant La Taverna. Roberto was very helpful luved the area

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.

The property is located in a complex where all apartments are built the same. A spiral staircase leads to the spacious roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. The pool, centrally located and always clean, always offered plenty of free loungers even in August. It only became a little fuller around the late afternoon, so you could often relax undisturbed during the day. Across the street there is a supermarket, pizzeria and ice cream parlor. The view of the sea was beautiful, but the walk to the sea takes about 45 minutes. The path leads downhill via uneven paths and the beach directly on site is unfortunately not inviting for swimming. However, in 10-15 minutes by car you can reach a beautiful, large beach. Towards Tropea (about 45 minutes by car) are the most beautiful beaches and coves in the region with crystal clear water. Overall a very nice place to stay, but a car is mandatory.
