Villa holiday rentals in Caret Bay

We had an amazing week at the Tropical Palm Villa!! Spencer was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Mason met us and made us feel right at home while checking us into the villa. The views from villa are incredible! The place was perfect for my family of five to enjoy St. Thomas and all it has to offer. We were especially grateful for the amenities that made cooking and grilling a breeze. We also enjoyed the beach gear that was provided, including chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. The location of the house is perfect, offering easy access to the beach, or a quick drive into Red Hook for restaurants, groceries, and the ferry to St. John. Overall, we had a tremendous week and hope to make it back soon.

This place was even better than described. Anything you could think of or might need was available to use. Peaceful, private and clean. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! We would definitely book with this host in the future. Thank you 😊

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the house is incredible, and the amenities provided basically every possible need. We enjoyed the provided beach chair, beach shade, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler with ice packs, provided snacks, and more! The kitchen had pretty much any appliance and gadget you could need or want, plus Tupperware for prepping beach snacks and lunch. The location was great just up the hill from groceries and restaurants and a short drive from the national park and beaches. The pool area and view from it were terrific. It has to be one of the better sunset watching spots in the island. When we come back to St. John we would easily consider staying here again.

I appreciate Randall meeting near the property to provide directions and information. The house was very clean and the views are stunning from the back patio.

Arc Du Soleil is hands-down the most beautiful home my family and I have ever rented! I cannot even put into words what an amazing week we had staying here. If you are coming to St. John and you want the most beautiful, private, clean, comfortable, stunning home (with its own private pool and the most gorgeous views you could ever imagine!) then book this home! I know we will be back again one day….

We stayed in the two bedroom villa for a few days in April and it was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large patio and amazing views. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms super clean and nice. Kitchen was well stocked and again very clean. Overall it was such a peaceful retreat and a wonderful stay. Nigel and Karen were wonderful hosts.

Nora & Bruce were absolutely exceptional host and hostess. Even before we got there she was always so responsive . Bruce checked us in and made us feel right at home from the start. His hospitality went above and beyond any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. He even dropped us off at the beaches while we were there and showed us around the island. Place was very clean, with beautiful views and excellent walkable location to Cruz Bay with all the restaurants, shopping and bars close by. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on the island. You will not be disappointed and truly have a wonderful experience and time!!

This was our second stay at Mandavilla Rose. It was a great base for our long weekend in St. John. We loved coming back to the pool after a day at the beach and our Friends of the Park Power Swim. And perhaps our favorite time was sitting around the large dining table after dinner with wine, playing the conversation card game that we found on the shelf. We hope to return next year.

Kristen's place was top-tier!! Not to mention the beautiful views and over accommodations. She offered more amenities than we expected. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely consider staying there again.

The place was amazing! Best vacation we have ever been on. Beautiful views of the water. Snorkel gear and chairs come in handy! My advice would be to rent a car, so you can explore multiple beaches. We felt very at home at Ryan’s place. We were sad to leave.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Chirag was so kind and responsive! His place is gorgeous. The pool felt amazing after a long day at the beach or a hike. The place looked just as pictured. I would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful St. Thomas villa. The sunrise views were stunning and even better in person. Mornings sitting by the pool were our favorite, such a peaceful and private space to relax and take it all in. The pool was perfect for cooling off and enjoying the secluded outdoor area throughout the day. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and in a great location close to everything but still quiet and tucked away. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in paradise!

Sundancer is a gorgeous, more contemporary villa with a rich history, in a beautiful, peaceful location about 15 mins outside of Cruz Bay. Owner Rob provided a lot of useful information about the ferries, jeep rental, restaurants, things to do, before our arrival, and Lauren from Driftwood met us to escort us to the villa, which was so helpful considering driving on the left side of the narrow, winding roads was a new experience for us! We loved every minute we spent on St. John and at this beautiful villa! Thanks Rob and Lauren for all your help making this one of the most memorable vacations we've ever had. We will be back!

Happy with stay. View was spectacular. 100% need a Jeep or SUV to get to the house. Wonderful experience. Would go back.

Craig and Kendra were both stupendous. Their house felt very warm and inviting, we felt right at home. The parking was great their pool was beautiful. It’s a great location because I can get to various attractions within minutes. What amazing views from the bedroom. There’s lots to do here. I recommend this place 100%

We really enjoyed this condo on St. John!! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the covered balcony, enjoying the view, both in the morning while having our coffee and in the evening watching the sunset! The location was fantastic! We walked to town for restaurants & groceries, and we walked to the taxi area to get a ride to the beautiful beaches! There was a steep hill walking back to the condo, but it was worth it for the condo and its location! It was just right for us and our two teenagers:)

This was an excellent spot for our group to all be together and also be close to the beach. We would suggest this to others looking for a private space nearby Magen’s Bay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful property with quite a nice sized pool. Gorgeous view from the balcony, the sound of the ocean waves, so peaceful, it makes it hard to leave to explore the rest of the island. Beach is just a short walk from the villa with two restaurants. Very short ride to Red Hook Ferry and it’s surrounding shops and restaurants. The apartment itself and the villa are very clean and tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable. The little kitchen has everything you need to cook a simple meal. Hosts were a breeze to communicate with, very responsive and pleasant. Definitely One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in, highly recommend!
