Very good accommodation in a good location and a very caring host.

Although we only stayed 2 nights, we enjoyed this apartment big enough for two with a very cozy and beautifully decorated atmosphere. We didn't get a chance to cook (the restaurants around are nice, mention at the Russel) but we even found flutes to drink champagne with good cakes from the nearby bakery to celebrate a birthday. In short, a very pleasant and quiet apartment in a place that is just as pleasant. We'll be happy to go back. We did not need to contact Emmanuel during the stay, a welcome booklet is sufficiently detailed. We met him when we left, very nice.

It's an apartment that is the host's home, she rents the whole apartment and isn't there. There are two flights of stairs to the entry. There is plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the room can get very dark with mechanical shutters that block out all the light. You can hear neighbors at times, but it was very quiet at night. There is a lovely bath tub to soak in. The host meets you for check in and check out. There was a lot of local information. It's a great base to explore the Normady region.

The apartment is as described. Spacious, clean, and well decorated. Good quality bedding and plenty of beds. Quiet and very well located. Closed parking. Be careful though if children are young because there are many steps. I highly recommend and would be happy to come back to this apartment for a future stay in Cabourg.

The accommodation with great charm which matches the descriptions and which makes forgotten a staircase not suitable for adults. The location close to the bars is a little noisy for some but we have shops, restaurants and city of the sea nearby.

Had a great week of vacation. The house was nice , tidy and really equipped with everything. Garden was perfect, especially to sit in the evening. Kitchen was more than complete. The shower was lovely. Personally, we didn't like the beds so much, but despite it, we would have liked to book a few more days. The area is more than beautiful, in short, we enjoyed it. Thank you

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

We had a great time. The accommodation offered by Cécile and Michel is as described. It has everything; bright, well-equipped, nice and very pleasant accommodation. It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! Great place located in the heart of Cabourg on a street with many restaurants/bakeries and specialties. The studio is super beautiful, renovated, modern and very clean, super nice. I highly recommend, the welcome was warm and efficient.

Comfortable apartment as described. Private parking. Sea access on foot. Very sunny balcony with nice views not overlooked on the gardens. Comfort bedding and cleanliness ok. Lovely market on Tuesdays and Fridays at a 10 min walk.

Everything was perfect , you feel good right away! The apartment is bright, spacious and very well arranged! The terrace is well exposed)…. And quiet! The beach)….. very beautiful …. is 100m away …. brief beach aperitif every day! Absolutely no complaints! We had a great time with the family. The bikes available… that's great! We can't wait to come back!
