Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Situated between the iconic towns of Como and Bellagio, both just a short 25-minute scenic drive away. 🚩[DISCLAIMER] •The apartment is located on 3rd floor accessible only by a flight of stairs as there is no lift. • During busy periods you might find it problematic finding parking, for this reason we are happy to suggest alternative parking spaces and streets within a 10min walk.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 7 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Parcheggio pubblico gratuito vicino a casa. Possibilità parcheggio privato a pagamento ( 10 euro al giorno, 50 euro a settimana ).

Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
