This small single storey house of 45m2 with wooded🌳, flat and fenced garden of 800m2 is ideal for nature lovers! Freshly renovated at the beginning of the year, the cottage is composed of: - Kitchen open to living room - Living room with fireplace - 2 bedrooms - shower room - and separate wc. Our cottage is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

Condamines Studio

The studio is located in Béduer, 9 km from Figeac. It is an independent accommodation in the heart of an old farmhouse. In addition to the double bed, it is equipped with a shower, toilet, table with 2 chairs, sink and kitchenette (with small fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and basic ingredients). A small terrace, shaded in the evening, with a table and chairs is located in front of the front door. 4G access possible. Electricity at extra cost from October to April.

La Petite Maison de Pradelle, lovely guest house

Come and relax in our guest house 5 minutes from Figeac. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine with a bathroom and a double bed area. We allow access to our lovely little swimming pool as well as an outdoor dining area.
