Located in a quiet and shaded place, our gîte is close to the center of the village of Saint-Perdoux, 10 km from the city of Figeac. This small single-storey house of 45 m2 with a wooded garden🌳, flat and fenced of 800 m2 is ideal for nature lovers! Newly renovated at the beginning of the year, the gîte is composed of: - a kitchen open to the living room - living room with fireplace - 2 bedrooms - shower room - and separate powder room. Our cottage is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

Condamines Studio

The studio is located in Béduer, 9 km from Figeac. It is an independent accommodation in the heart of an old farmhouse. In addition to the double bed, it is equipped with a shower, toilet, table with 2 chairs, sink and kitchenette (with small fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and basic ingredients). A small terrace, shaded in the evening, with a table and chairs is located in front of the front door. 4G access possible. Electricity at extra cost from October to April.

Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

Located near major tourist attractions of the Lot: Figeac birthplace of JF Champollion, Rocamadour, St Cirq Lapopie, the Padirac chasm, the Dordogne valley, the Célé valley and its troglodyte houses etc... La Petite Maison de Pradelle, lovely guest house

Come and relax in our guest house 5 minutes from Figeac. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine with a bathroom and a double bed area. We allow access to our lovely little swimming pool as well as an outdoor dining area. Many places are to be discovered in the surroundings, including some of most beautiful villages in France, as well as the main sites of our wonderful Lot department. We look forward to meeting you!

Upstairs you will find a main room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette: hob, microwave, kettle... As well as a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room. A washing machine can possibly be used in common. 70 m from the accommodation is a grocery store open 7 days a week
