26 m2 studio on the 1st floor with a small balcony overlooking the pine trees. Ideal for recharging your batteries alone or as a couple, for walking or cycling (bike paths and a bike rental at the foot of the residence) near the lake and the ocean. No Wi-Fi. No TV. The city center with restaurants, shops, water activities are 400 m walk, the ocean Carcans beach is 4 km, Lacanau-Ocean 14 km. Bombannes, with its state forest and variety of activities near the lake, is 3 km away.
