Everything can be done on foot or by bike! You will have a private terrace and parking space. This home is located in a quiet residence. Self-access for guests. Bed linen provided. Studio located on the 1st floor with stairs, not accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will have a free parking space (automatic barrier with electronic box), a key box will allow you to access the studio. Inside, shower room with separate toilet, equipped kitchenette, seating area with 160 cm bench/bed, storage and video projector.

Located 50 meters from Moutchic Beach, on Lake Lacanau, close to bike paths (5 km from the ocean). Guests can enjoy the beach, lake and water sports (paddle, sail, surf, bike rental), but also hiking, forest walks and discovering the flora and fauna.
