Holiday rentals with beach access in Carboneras

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

we stayed with two kids, and had a lovely time. although cabo de gata may be more famous in summer, winter time there is great. the village is super welcoming, small but lively: we had a fantastic Friday night with live music at a bar on the beach. the house Is right by the sea, and the waves would be the soundtrack of your stay. Raphael was so kind and welcoming! and the house is filled with art and great pictures of the area, presents of previous guests. Thanks!!! 💓

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

Very recommended apartment. Very comfortable and very well located. The terrace is spectacular. The host is very nice and very easy to communicate with, although fortunately everything was as planned and it was not necessary to do it for anything extraordinary.

Alfonsi is very nice and friendly and waited for us ourselves at the entrance when we arrived. The private space in the parking garage was very nice. The wifi didn't do it, but she was trying to get someone to come and fix it. I'm sure that would have worked out, but it was now a holiday period so this didn't work out in the end. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean.

The Apartment was beautiful and right by the Beach. It was very clean and amazing Place! The Host was very forthcoming and gave recommendations for restaurants etc.

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

We spent a month at Bernard’s and Corinna’s place with my wife and our tabby cat. It was just the best! They were perfect hosts, very-very friendly and helpful! The house is walking distance to the beach, super cozy and quiet. Highly recommended!

The place wasn't quite clean, especially in the kitchen it had some dirty dishes/kitchen cabinets. However, the rest was very nicely arranged. Clean beds, freshly made. The location by the sea, the apartment itself and the village, everything was worth a visit. Alejandro was on call and helped if you needed help. Highly recommended.😊

Jose and Juani welcomed us as we welcomed friends. They were very attentive and the accommodation is very clean. Very good bedding. Everything is there to allow us the best possible stay. We were there during the big power outage and despite the lack of Juani grid brought us candles to light up. We'll be happy to go back!!!

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

We loved the place well located, it is recently renovated and the decor makes the stay very pleasant, the sofa bed is quite comfortable and it is very clean we will return without hesitation, thanks to María and her son Juanfra they made the stay very easy thanks to both of us for being such good hosts

This is the second year we've gone and everything is fantastic. The apartment is perfect, very clean and with everything you need to feel at home. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful, incredibly well looked-after and well-designed apartment. Super-fresh kitchen and bathroom, the best smart TV that we've ever had at an AirBnB and fabulous, private outside space with both sunny and shaded areas. The location - effectively at the end of a no-through-road, is brilliant: 5 minute walk to some terrific bars and restaurants and yet very quiet at night whilst we were there. Romaine could not have been more helpful - she is a really outstanding host

AJ is responsive and clear , his apartment equipped and well arranged, contributes a lot to the quality of my sports stays. good location as you can shop, restaurants and the beach on foot!
