In the quiet hills of Carboneras and approximately 400 mt from the beach is located this nice and bright apartment to enjoy your vacation and relax. The 55 m2 penthouse (4th floor) with elevator, air conditioning and capacity for 2 persons consists of a large terrace with beautiful views over Carboneras, a bedroom, living/dining room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and the terrace has 2 comfortable loungers, a table and 4 chairs.

Beautiful penthouse with very good views.Two bedrooms with double bed, AC in living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, vitro, electric oven, microwave and all kinds of utensils. Wifi. Two terraces of about 13m2 each, garage space and five minutes from the beach. To access the apartment there is a small flight of stairs on the top floor. Mascostas are accepted (see house rules and cleaning fee)

The best thing about this apartment is the 180 degree sea view from the apartment. You can have breakfast looking at the sea and you can hear the waves while you sleep. Cozy and comfortable with everything you may need to have a luxury holiday. Thanks to our Wifi, you can telework looking at the sea. We have recently installed electric awnings, if you leave home and wind rises, it will be collected automatically.
