We were looking for a place near the beach for a extended weekend get away, the apartments location is fantastic, right on the beach boulevard, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes right on the door step, Lien was incredibly helpful, gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and was flexible in both check in and check out. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on visiting again in the near future!

Simple, functional furnishings with a beautiful terrace and beautiful views. Very good internet. Garage was available directly on the property. The disadvantage was, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Host was always available for info. Mojácar is a beautiful Spanish village. the beaches are wonderfully maintained and land to linger and walk in. Absolutely recommended with great value for money.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

We loved Inés' apartment, the house is super comfortable and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days. Everything was super clean, the location is excellent, and you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. It also has a super terrace with great views, where you can enjoy to the fullest, we loved it! As for the communication with Inés, it was extraordinary, she attended to us quickly and always with a very good predisposition to help us in what we required. In short, we would love to come back and stay longer, because we were very comfortable, we loved the house, the area, the village, the beach and everything! Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

It was a perfect and very pleasant stay! The apartment was in perfect condition, as shown in the pictures. The location is very good for moving comfortably around the park and communication with Abtin has been very good at all times, answering any questions and queries very quickly. We would definitely repeat!

We had a great time at Amaya's house. We have disconnected a lot. The ocean views from the terrace are wonderful, we have had some beautiful sunrises. The development is super cared for, it is a pleasure to walk inside. We used the cold water pool, great by the way with a splash for the little ones and also the heated pool that was a treat. The house is next to a small shopping mall that was great for shopping and dining, dining out. We especially appreciated the prepared food site that saved us a lot of cooking and allowed them to really disconnect with our kids. Amaya provided us with a crib and high chair. I recommend it 100%. Thank you for everything!

The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. On the beachfront and with an amazing view. The apartment is very large, it was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen with everything, air conditioning in all rooms, gel and shampoo). The terrace takes up the entire penthouse and has a large barbecue. Communication with the owners has always been very easy and fast. The truth is that you can't ask for more from a holiday apartment.

fabulous stay at Gordon's apartment. Sea views from balcony spectacular. There were also lots extras which helped, like a lovely welcome pack, domestic products firestick tv! The whole experience was great and Hosts were so helpful. Highly recommended.

The place is quite a surprise. The room was very nice and the bathroom was newly renovated. Besides, the house was beautiful with a terrace that we could access from the room and a very well-kept pool. Jose the owner's service was charming and his breakfasts are amazing. I recommend the accommodation for people looking for personalized attention and a quiet weekend. We will definitely be back!

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Cabo de Gata. Very clean, beautiful, comfortable and surrounded by nature. I hope I’ll be back one day.

It is the fourth time we go to the accommodation, unbeatable location, next to the beach and the main square, spectacular terrace and Betty always attentive to the needs. To say something negative, there is no good acoustic insulation, but at the time that we go there is usually not much night time jaleo.

. Three outside seating areas including the beautiful swimming pool area. A car definitely required. A five minute car journey to the beautiful Mojacar Pueblo. Also five minutes to Turre with a selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a Friday market. Less than ten minutes to Mojacar beaches. My wife and I stayed for six weeks in April/May 2025 and would definitely return.

Laura's accommodation is very pleasant with a view of the sea and the mountains. Very clean and quiet residence and neighbourhood. Being French, Laura sent us the places and centres of interest to prepare for our stay, which was wonderful!!...

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

The apartment is ideal for two people. It is very well equipped, it lacks nothing. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, and although the jacuzzi had cold water, it was still an unbeatable experience. The area is quiet, with bars and restaurants nearby, which makes it very comfortable. Luigi was a very attentive host at all times. We would repeat without hesitation!

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment was very good, clean and with the equipment advertised. The place was quiet, close to the beach and with restaurants in the area. Elena was there for us at all times. Everything was perfect.

magical place, very quiet residence, you can stay there for days, the view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful especially at night, the apartment is great, very well equipped and lacks nothing. Cesar is very kind, responds quickly to all our questions, he is also a good advisor. this place is simply magical, we will definitely come back.
