Enjoy the rocking chair porch in the foothills of the Warrior Mountains with a treehouse view of bird habitat in every direction. Private ... no other houses in sight. Hand built construction by Mark who felled each tree from our own land and built this cabin literally with his own two hands. The wrap around deck we call "Sally's Deck". Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!

The Lawrence Farmhouse

The 121 year old Lawrence Farmhouse was hand built by the Lawrence family in 1903 and is located on the Lawrence Farm in Fayette County, Alabama. The Lawrence Farm is a registered USDA and Alabama Century and Heritage Farm and has been in continuous agricultural production by the same family for over 150 years. The Lawrence farm is also a registered Alabama Tree Farm and Alabama Treasure Forest. The Farmhouse is often used by the family for stays during Hunting season.

Casa Breña

Breña is a 2 bed, 2 bath modern home on 2 acres. Home is entirely controlled via Google. Quiet area. Close to the interstate. And plenty of adult activities in and around the home. Breña is not a mansion. It's also not rustic. It's not a barn. It IS a cozy, warmly furnished, roomy, comfortable modern home. It's 15 minutes from everything you can want or need on your trip. Entirely new furnishings and appliances grace the home. Perfect short stop getaway.

Get away from it all and enjoy the nature trails and 2 acre lake(seasonal at times)to pass the time and be able to really unwind. A 5 minute walk takes you to downtown Fayette where you will find the Art Museum & the Train Museum. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed & ensuite bath with washer/dryer.

The Bungalow on Saint Clair

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Freshly painted, newly renovated, and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Update as of 04/2026: While I do accept pets, moving forward we can only house hypoallergenic dogs. Due to allergies, extreme shedding and cats destroying the furniture, we have decided to scale back on the dogs we allow.

The Lovern House

This century old, newly renovated house shares special surprises; Like deer coming through every evening, gorgeous flowers blooming, a huge deck overlooking a peaceful wooded area…… you never know what kind of nice little treats you might find here! ( a hummingbird might just fly up to say “Hello!”)
