Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, which made the whole experience super comfortable and convenient. The space felt cozy and welcoming—just like being at home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay in San Juan del Sur. Would love to come back!

This was my second stay in this house. Herling and Edison are very good hosts. There is just about everything you could need in the home. It is very well appointed and supplied. Herling is very responsive if there is ever any need to reach out to her. The house is very secure and there is so much stuff within a short walking distance. This is a great find and offers much that other places do not. Should the need arise I will certainly stay here again. Reach out to the hosts and enjoy a nice stay.

This is the best beach house I've ever stayed in. The view is spectacular, the house is big and spacious, great for large groups and the price is extremely reasonable for the amount of people you can fit. Recommended 100% and I'll definitely be back here in the future.

We were lucky to book this place in San Juan. A real gem a short walk from town with great access to everything. The house is incredible with everything that you need to have a great time - jacuzzi, BBQ, amazing kitchen all surrounded by incredible views. if you book with Tanguy, you will not be disappointed! Hacienda Iguana is a great destination for surf vacationers. World-class waves are within walking distance. Air conditioners that could make ice cubes. A great reprieve from the tropical jungle heat. Local shops and restaurants with friendly staff. Anything you need you can rent or buy. Private and quiet. Monkeys in the trees. Iguanas crossing the roads. Thunderstorms create an amazing light show at night. 18-hole golf course on location if the waves die down. Victor and his helpers are great communicators and can offer suggestions for first-time visitors. As with most developing nations, there can be unexpected power outages. Fortunately, the place has backup power that can last for hours.

The house was a bit underwhelming, but the children loved the big pool. What made the stay special is that we had a beautiful, little beach all to ourselves. I think we have found our new beach spot.

Mario is a great host! From the beginning he was very responsive. He communicated very clear. The place was as described. It is very comfortable and easy to get to. I will stay here again.

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Yhe apartment was nice and we enjoyed our visit. Walking distance to coffee and a restaurant as well as all the choices in the very close Galleria Mall. However the beds are noisey and hard. And the Gym did not have great equipment. Other than that no complaints.

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

I love it when I can walk a mile on a beach and generally see no more than 3 dozen people the whole time. There were always surfers enjoying the great waves and the water is never calm which meant I felt better in the pool. There were several restaurants which made it nice for night dining. There's a 9 hole golf course and once you pay for 9 you can play as many holes as you want. It was always possible to go to the office with a question or text them and they were responsive.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

The only complaint we had about this lovely place was the bed was terribly uncomfortable. We love soft and more cushy beds. We used the cushions off the couch to help, so it was very convenient that those were mobile.
