This oceanfront house exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access and spectacular views of the Sea. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunsets from the terrace, the house is perfectly equipped, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the common spaces were ideal for relaxing in a group. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Very pleasant stay. The house is very close to the beach and from the upstairs balcony you have an ocean view. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. The paved path and easy to access. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

I loved Casa Perla, good location and comfort, Alvaro and Yuseli were attentive at all times, the beds were comfortable (very important for a good rest), I have no complaints... I made the decision to stay in this house because it was a central place between Managua, Masaya and Granada, and 2 hours from León, I would definitely stay at Casa Perla again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such a beautiful place, love the house layout and the views are awesome… Very comfortable place with everything you might need for your stay. Rudy and Alex (Rudy’s place caretaker) are very kind and friendly people, always eager to make your stay the best they can.

We cannot say enough about Casa Landi. It’s the San Juan experience with added relaxation. We look forward to coming back!

Nice location away from the noise of san juan. We had a car, so the distance did not bother us. Do keep mind there is a limit for the amount of watts you use. It was a good amount daily and we actually didn't even hit the max, so not a big deal.

Words are hard to explain how beautiful this house is. It is very exclusive with its infinity pool and direct access to the pristine waters of Laguna de Apoyo. The house itself is impeccable with everything you could imagine and very well stocked for all of your cooking needs. Coffee lovers will be delighted by the coffee grinder and fresh coffee beans provided by staff to brew a fresh delicious pot of Nicaraguan coffee in the morning! I loved it so much I bought an extra bag of the beans! Another step further, the breakfast at the beach club with the option of them delivering to the house is amazing. Make sure to place your order early to give the staff enough time to cook and deliver to the house. The driveway to the house from the wooden gate is a bit steep so make sure you have a vehicle that’s 4x4 - our 15 passenger van barely made it back up. The host and all the staff members are amazing and very accommodating. I will definitely be returning in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in Oscar’s home. The house was very clean and had everything we neeed for our trip. Close to everything, yet still far from the noise of the city. Very safe and well kept. Oscar and Jacobo were amazing hosts. Made sure we had everything we needed and even suggested places to see and eat in Managua! Will definitely be back!

Our stay at Elisha’s was lovely. She was very helpful and supportive throughout the stay. The property was beautiful and served perfectly.

Can't say enough about Casa Margarita. It was a wonderful trip, made even better by a communicative, helpful, engaged owner. I'm hesitant to write such a glowing review because I want it to be available when I return to Guasacate next year! It would be a fool's errand to try to encompass my thoughts, as I'd leave something important out, but it's a safe bet that you'll enjoy your stay at Casa Margarita. I'll certainly be back soon.

location is beautiful, peaceful and a friendly keeper and Giancarlo was on top off our needs he even got us a blender to make our smoothies in the morning. THANK YOU!

The property is very well equipped and in good condition. The space is large and very well distributed. The rooms were spotless upon arrival and the kitchen has everything you could need. Overall, it makes you feel safe and comfortable. It has a good-sized parking lot. And not to mention the beautiful view and proximity to the sea! It has spaces to relax and enjoy a lot. The host and his staff made our stay experience very good. From day 1 when I asked about details, even before booking, I received friendly and warm attention. Pavel is very attentive. He gave us information about nearby restaurants and shops. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

Carrie was extremely proactive and responsive in helpful finalizing the reservation after I made some mistakes. She and the caretakers also accommodated our late check-in, still assisting and showing the place so we could get settled quickly. The place was as described and the photos accurately represented what we received. All the rooms were clean and prepped well for our arrival. We also took advantage of some extra cooking services provided by the catchers. They accommodated our requests and we were blown away by the food and service!

Clean. Simple. Instructions to location could be more specific. Sign a bit hard to see. But recommend staying here if you want something simple clean with a beautiful view.
