The guesthouse with stable WIFI is located in the small scaled bungalowpark with fruits and coffee called Villas vista Masaya with a splendid view at the lake Masaya. The four persons bungalow is suitable for a longer stay. The house has two bedrooms. It is quiet and climate is nice. There is a swimming pool and trails. The distance to the paved road is 2 1/2 km, where the city Masatepe begins. You find here a daily market and supermarket and buses are leaving to the touristic attractions.

Feel free to hike and enjoy the beautiful views and local rivers. A beach is available within a 20 minute drive.

Enjoy nature at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfect as a private, quiet escape or ideal as a retreat space. This spacious home has two bedrooms with queen beds and a huge main kitchen. Upstairs is open air and set up dorm style with four single beds. (This is a very primitive space still!!) Hike the trails on our 12 acres, stretch/meditate down by the river, and splash in the waterfall to cool off midday.

A cozy seating area is furnished with a dark sofa adorned with blue cushions. The walls are decorated with framed art and photographs, adding character to the space. A patterned tile floor complements the earthy tones and textures of the furniture.
