La Casetta di Trignano. Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

The house, immersed in the historic center of the City of Amandola, totally renovated and furnished, has: 2 cozy rooms, a bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi bali Hamman with Turkish bath, a sofa bed in front of the fireplace (not usable), a large living room with kitchen and relaxation area, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains. "Il Gioiello" is equipped with a large kitchen furnished and equipped with a ventilated oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge.

Renovated in 2024 with selected materials and attention to detail, the house maintains the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the country farmhouse. You can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having the sea and the cheerful city of Civitanova at your fingertips. A Jacuzzi is available for the two accommodations.

A typical Mezzadrile farmhouse renovated respecting the authentic forms that the history of our land has left us. Completely surrounded by vineyards, it houses an underground cellar for the production and refinement of our Le Canà wine; the result of the work of the fourth generation of the Polini family. The farm has been certified organic for over 15 years. The cottage includes 4 apartments of different sizes, totally autonomous, with a private garden.

The cottage is accessible and equipped with 2 bedrooms: one double, one with a sofa bed with a 16 cm mattress that is extremely comfortable as a double bed; two bathrooms, a living room and an equipped kitchen. Tastefully furnished with antique furniture. Perfect for long periods of smart working.

Elegant and cozy penthouse in a strategic position a few meters from the central Piazza del Popolo and the city's main points of interest within walking distance. The apartment consists of a bright entrance hall, a living room with an island kitchen, two bedrooms both with TV and bathroom, 2 large panoramic terraces and private parking. The hot tub has an additional cost. In the event that two guests wish to use both rooms, there is a surcharge.

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.
