El apartamento está muy bien situado, puedes llegar tanto a la playa como al balcón de Europa en pocos minutos caminando. Tiene entrada independiente directamente a la calle sin escaleras ni portales. La zona cuenta con varios restaurantes emblemáticos de Nerja.
