Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

Dear fellow travellers, Alan is a great hosts, warmly welcoming you. Guides you to the place (which is really a hidden gem) and he gives solid instructions about the house. Also Alan can tip you on walking and shopping. All works great, and is pretty idiot proof in use :-). Be aware that the swimming pool lamp is in the hallway, but that is the only remark I have on this excellent place and tastefully decorated house on the hill. Enjoy your stay.

My Family and I booked Tim’s place for a family holiday to celebrate my Dads 60th. We had a wonderful stay, really liked the area (peaceful but restaurants etc. just a 10 minute drive away). The house was very clean on arrival and we were greeted by Lee the Property manager who was on hand for any questions. The only thing that would’ve been good was to have an information book to refer to for local recommendations & general info etc. but appreciate this was being updated at the time we stayed so it wasn’t available. I’d like to note the pictures don’t do the views surrounding the property justice, they are completely breath taking! All in all a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed it! Thank you Tim 😊

Our stay at Casa Admar was fantastic - the view and place was just like in the photos. Thomas was accessible throughout and answered all questions, gave recommendations and took care of immediately. Alejandro was also extremely reliable and quick to arrive on site. All rooms were clean, there were towels and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was also great and left nothing to be desired. Also the directions to the house were very helpful as the road can be narrow and steep in places. Overall an excellent stay - we will be happy to come back!

This villa is spectacular and we will hopefully be back in the future. The views from the terrace are incredible. The size of the villa is excellent. The amenities are also excellent, there is nothing else you could ask for in a villa. The area is peaceful and everyone we met was friendly. The walks into the hills were stunning. The beach was quiet and lovely. Nerja was very close and made a lovely day out. Supermarkets are less than €10 by taxi. Only things to consider: it is at the top of a very big hill, which didn’t affect us at all, but if you are less mobile, it would be challenging… however it is incredibly easy to get taxis from the door. The washing machine door doesn’t open easily and takes a few times before the lock opens, I would avoid using this. I gather others have had the same problem because it looks as though someone has tried to prise the door open at some point. I honestly couldn’t rate this villa highly enough!

Even though it was raining most of the time, we had a wonderful stay. We had hoped to swim in the pool and enjoy lots of sunshine but instead we were cozy by the fire. Fernando made sure we had enough firewood and checked in on us regularly. Very kind. The surroundings are simply beautiful, as the house is basically on top of a hill you can see all around. The place is very secure, with a community gate and the private gate for the villa. The hosts are super friendly, we had flexible check-in and -out times, which was really great with the rain. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

We loved our stay in villa le Deseo. We stayed during winter so especially the fireplace was a great asset. Views from the terrace are amazing and there are some nice hikes from comares, be prepared to climb the steep hill back to the village 😊 car is recommended to get around. Thanks for the great stay, we hope to get back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Comares, in this house with breathtaking views. We stayed there as a family, and we were able to explore Andalusia! Be careful, the distances are still quite long, but the scenery is worth it 🤗 We were greeted with great kindness. The house is located in a very peaceful location, within walking distance of the picturesque little village of Comares. We were there in February, so we had to warm up by the wood fire but still enjoyed great weather. In summary, it was a great stay!
