Monthly Rentals in Captiva Island

James's Airbnb on Sanibel Island is AMAZING. It is a tastefully renovated elevated 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. The showers are great as well. The house is just a short walk to the world famous Bowman's Beach - best shelling in the state of Florida. Communication with James is almost instantaneous - he responds very quickly to any question or concerns. If there were a step above Superhost - I would nominate James. Superhost++++++++. We were comfortable and our stay drained away the stress we arrived with. Having the golf cart and access to the Island Bay Club was great. Better is access to the beach 3 mins walk away. There never seemed to be more than 4 people there. Utterly memorable and beautiful. Thank you!

The South Seas condo was perfect for exploring and enjoying Captiva and Sanibel Islands. The beaches are a short walk away and the addition of the two bikes with the rental was a great value. We were able to ride everywhere including down to Sanibel and Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. The Condo has everything you need for cooking. If you plan on cooking meals bring all your ingredients because there are no pantry staples like spices and such. There is construction going on near the unit, but it doesn’t impede access to the beaches or town. Good to see Captiva is recovering from the hurricanes!

If I had to use just one word, that word would be exceptional. From making the booking to leaving for the ferry, everything was perfect. Amazing location and so relaxing. We spent days on the beach followed by a sunset dinner on the beach then walking down the beach in the sea. An adventure exploring the island in the golf buggy. Breakfast on the covered veranda watching the wildlife. We even got out of bed early to watch the sunrise. We ended up getting the ferry to the island two hours earlier than we had anticipated, but Kale, the concierge, went out of his way to ensure we were met at the ferry. The property has everything you need for your stay, and things you probably won't use. Spotlessly clean and tidy. A truly stunning five days on North Captiva.
