Nicole and Ryan’s place was perfect for our family of 3. Spotlessly clean, right on the beach, walkable to restaurants and shops with easy access to a tennis court and really nice pool. Even though the area has had hurricane damage, they have done a lot to clean everything up and there were lots of sweet families there enjoying spring break. One thing to note, according to the listing, FL law does not allow any foods or condiments or kitchen items to be left in the condo so bring your own salt/pepper, cooking oils and coffee filters. Otherwise the kitchen and bath are super well stocked! Beds are comfy, and South Seas is a gated community and feels very safe. Ryan and Nicole are excellent and responsive communicators!

James's Airbnb on Sanibel Island is AMAZING. It is a tastefully renovated elevated 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. The showers are great as well. The house is just a short walk to the world famous Bowman's Beach - best shelling in the state of Florida. Communication with James is almost instantaneous - he responds very quickly to any question or concerns. If there were a step above Superhost - I would nominate James. Superhost++++++++. Beautiful beach house! The layout is perfect for a large group, with spacious bedrooms and en suites, and plenty of gathering spaces. The owners have fully furnished this home inside and out! All of the indoor/outdoor seating you could desire, a fully stocked kitchen and so much more. They very generously provide tons of beach equipment to fully enjoy Captiva beach just a stone's throw down the quiet road. Perfect quiet location next to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Our stay was just what we were looking for - a beautiful location right on the beach with restaurants, activities and time to relax and recharge! Everything was ‘as seen’ on the listing and Liz is a great host - responsive and proactive!
