Holiday rentals with breakfast in Captain Cook

Lovely location, thoughtful amenities and a wonderful Lanai, (porch) where we were able to sit and have breakfast or best, view the sunsets every night.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Megan’s house! Not only is the room comfortable, clean, and spacious but; Megan is an excellent host. We would recommend this to any of our friends and family. Thanks Megan for an amazing stay!

We had a most pleasant and unforgettable stay. It can be difficult to traverse the bumpy path from the belt road to the house, but once inside, we are surrounded by the calmness of nature, the hospitality of the hosts, and their cuddly pets. Breakfast is amazing, freshly cooked daily and served with local coffee and multiple types of home grown fruit. The host is very knowledgeable about local businesses and attractions and frequently gave advice on our trip planning. Overall a great place to stay and we can’t recommend it enough.

nous avons passé seulement 1 nuit mais nous aurions adoré y passé plus de temps. ils ont été très serviable car nous avions un problème de transport… ils nous ont donné plusieurs conseil touristique avisé et surtout un très bon petit déjeuner avec une vue face a la mer. la taille de la chambre ainsi que la propreté été vraiment parfaite. je recommande fortement !

The house is very cozy and clean. The breakfast made by the landlord is delicious. You can enjoy breakfast on the balcony facing the sea view in the morning. Ms. Jasmine is also very cute and versatile. The paintings in the house are all her works, which makes our trip to the Big Island more colorful. Thanks for their hospitality.

Todo fue genial!! La casa y la habitación son preciosas, cama muy cómoda y, aunque compartiamos baño con otra habitación, apenas nos hemos dado cuenta. Baño amplio y siempre limpio. Tiene disponible de todo para la playa: toallas, sillas, equipo de snorkel, crema de sol, etc. Parking disponible también. Por si fuera poco, por las mañanas Megan y Jake nos prepararon unos desayunos deliciosos!!!! Super recomendado!!

I spent a night in this lovely place. The experience was incredible, I enjoy the view from the balcony and the beautiful backyard. It’s been a great experience!

Megan and her family were so fun and inviting. Healthy breakfasts with roomy accommodations. Her kids are adorable and her guide to the Big Island was helpful for dining and finding good beaches and activities. Her home is in a nice gated neighborhood and we felt safe at all times of day and night. The yoga and crafts were a fun bonus. It felt like staying at a fun relative’s house. Highly recommend!

If you want a quiet place to stay this is a good choice! Away from the crowds but easily accessible to attractions. The property is stunning with beautiful flowers and birds and incredible views.

Die Unterkunft hat wirklich alles übertroffen. Auf den Fotos sieht man leider nicht viel vom Interieur der Unterkunft. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Frühstücks Utensilien und verschiedenen Sorten von Milch was sehr angenehm war. Kaffee war auch genug da. Im Bad waren die Schränke ebenfalls mit nützlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das absolute Highlight war die liebevolle, herzliche Art von Viviane. Sie spricht französisch, deutsch und englisch. Die Aussicht war grandios und wir haben uns jeden Morgen gefreut dort zu frühstücken. Wir wollten nicht mehr weg und somit werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Es war wunderschön. Mahalo an Viviane. Liebe Grüße Ramona und Daniel

Alloggio situato in una posizione molto tranquilla vicino all' aeroporto. Caryl è sempre stata molto disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. La casa è ben attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve. Consigliato per una coppia che vuole visitare l' isola. Tutto è stato come da descrizione dell' annuncio. Super approvato.

Maxx was very accommodating to us as there was hiccup in renting out the Escape to Mauna Loa Village and gave us another space to spend the rest of our trip. It was very clean, easily accessible, and a perfect location for exploring Kona. I would definitely love to book with Maxx again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and are so thankful for the hospitality shown to us! The B&B is in the middle of forest trees, very tranquil, and we loved the sounds of all the birds and frogs and even the rooster and cow out back! Very comfortable beds, spacious room with extra amenities that weren’t listed like a microwave and mini fridge, and our suite had a lovely private lanai as well. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Kurt and Kana were such gracious hosts. We loved the yummy breakfasts, comfortable bed, and beautiful sunset views. We’d love to come back for a visit someday.

Our stay at Clem’s place was nothing short of amazing. We were greeted warmly by our hosts and shown around the property as well given a rundown of the extra amenities provided. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend staying here especially if you are a single traveler or a couple wishing to relax in a beautiful and peaceful environment surrounded by singing birds, friendly dogs, and good vibes. Also, don’t miss out on the delicious breakfast each morning! That was easily one of the highlights of our stay. Thanks again Clem and Angus, we will be back soon.

Don’t hesitate for a second to book this property. If you have rented a car, the whole, “Walking distance” thing isn’t worth it. Parking in town is free and plentiful. Everything in Kona, including restaurants, closes (Yes, the grammar is correct) early, like 9pm. You’ll get all the tourist stuff you want during the day. Relax in this sanctuary and your batteries will be fully charged to do it again tomorrow without paying double to be close to the tourist traps. You will appreciate the quiet and serenity, something you’re not going to get in town. Cary is a wonderful host and has thought of every detail. Stop searching. Book it.

Carl came to welcome us and provide further details. The room was comfortable, with all of the necessary amenities. It was great to have snorkel gear, boogie boards and insect repellent available for use. The hot breakfast served was excellent. Both Carl and Elma were were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
