We had a great time, the house is very bright and equipped with everything, in a quiet area and close to the center... upon our arrival Anna and Niko, they paid us a welcome arrival both for us and for my two dogs... We recommend it to all those who want to explore the beauties of Desenzano and its surroundings by staying overnight in a familiar and private environment and close to all the attractions of the lake

I spent two days with my family in Ezio's beautiful house. The house exactly reflects the photos and descriptions, as well as the outdoor area, and everything is thoughtfully cared for. We were looking for two days of relaxation and it's just what we found. The area is particularly quiet and very close to Lake Caldonazzo. The opportunity to use the heated hot tub in the evening, overlooking the surrounding mountains and stars, is the icing on the cake of the house. Ezio has provided us with a lot of useful information and tips on activities to do, where to eat and everything you need. We really felt like friends of the hosts. Last plus: we were asked for the utmost attention to recycling, which we were very happy with.

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

A very authentic lake view villa with a beautiful and well-maintained garden! In April, we could sit and dine on the veranda which has an exclusive view over the Garda lake. It feels very private as it has its own driveway and entry gate. It’s a 5-min walk to the port where you can catch boats cruising the lake. Around the port, there are also a few restaurants and a small beach. In the opposite direction, just at the end of the road, there are a few other restaurants which are even closer to the house. We did not miss anything! There is also a baby chair and a foldable bed. Absolutely recommend the place!

Really lovely retreat. Hired a car and drove around Lake Garda and an amazing place to come back to and relax. Fantastic rooms and lovely breakfast box. A little gem highly recommend

Very clean accommodation with all the comforts required, very comfortable beds and a well-stocked and complete kitchen. Extremely quiet and traffic-free location, quiet area. Center of Sirmione reachable by shuttle a short distance from the apartment and convenient location also to reach other places of interest in the area. Everything was positive and Federica was also very available for tips on restaurants and how to get around the area.

Place is amazing and great if you have a family! Quiet but also entertaining for kids, the water games are awesome. I would add more pans and pots and utensils to cook with, other than that it was perfect!

Great stay gahad at this super accommodation! Very nice location with views over the lake. A neatly maintained garden with swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful owner, responds quickly to messages and gives valuable tips about stay and surroundings. In short, we enjoyed it!

We immediately felt comfortable!! Serge (co-host) was always easily accessible, explained everything to us well, the house, an old renovated farm from the area, was brilliantly beautiful and contemporary. The beds were very pleasant and we all (8 people) immediately felt comfortable and spent three wonderful days inland on Lake Garda. Thanks again to Serge and his entire team. In all my years of using the Airbnb platform I have rarely met a host as helpful and friendly as Riccardo. The tips on places to visit, how to get there and small "tricks" to avoid traffic/inconvenience have made our stay very pleasant. The kids loved their bedroom with bunk beds, and the apartment in general is warm and welcoming. The kitchen, however small, is really equipped with all the essentials for cooking (other facilities claim to have the essentials in the kitchen and then instead they are missing hammocks, colander, dish soap...). Surrounded by greenery, the property immediately gives a sense of peace and serenity. We will definitely return to our next stay on Lake Garda!

We felt very comfortable in this wonderful part of the world. Far away from the tourist hustle and bustle in picturesque scenery. When you look through the windows, you think you would be looking at a photo wallpaper, because the landscape is so fantastically beautiful. The entire complex invites you to dream. Our apartment was spotless. It was equipped with everything your heart desires. In particular, we really appreciated the washing machine, with our one-year-old son. A few minutes' drive away, there are numerous fantastic restaurants offering authentic Italian food. Monica was a very accommodating, helpful & likeable hostess. We will definitely spend future vacations here again & highly recommend this place to our friends.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Loredana’s place in Garda! From the moment we booked, Loredana was incredibly proactive, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a smooth arrival. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering excellent local tips and always being available if we had any questions. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located.

Laura is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the days at her home. We loved the hot tub there. There are many high rating restaurants near by. Just few mins walk, that’s really convenient. We also walked to the Castle and enjoy the great view of the Lake.

We loved their place, very friendly host and the place was really clean. Very comfortable apartment, modern.

Stay was very nice, the place is highly recommended! Amenities were good, everything essential was available. We were picked up by the host and accompanied to the accommodation. The road to the property is challenging, especially the narrow streets + uphill & under for larger cars. Do not arrive with a car that is wider than 1.50! Check-in was very straightforward, a little too much - the code for access was forgotten to let us know and the information about the tourist tax as well. Checkout was also very relaxed. Would rent the place again: )

Everything is fine, great apartment, especially quiet location, only the hot water boiler in the bathroom would need explanation, because on the last day there was no hot water.
