Holiday rentals with a patio in Capo Vaticano

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Great place to stay and use as a base to explore the area. You will need a car if you are staying here! Tropea is a 5 minute drive and has so many amazing restaurants. If you stay here we also recommend a day trip to Scilla. The apartment is clean, the host was super responsive and Carmelo the grounds keeper was always on hand if we needed anything. The grounds and gardens are very we kept and so peaceful. The view is amazing and you get the most beautiful sunset in the evening.

Esperienza super promossa. Appartamento grande e fornito di tutto il necessario La terrazza con doccia esterna è sicuramente la chicca di questo appartamento, consiglio di godersela il più possibile. Posizione perfetta per visitare la costa degli dei, comoda per tutte le zone. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, direkt am Meer mit Fels/steinküste, dadurch hat das Meer immer ein schönes Türkis und das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Parken auf dem eingezäuntem Grundstück und der Pool - der sehr groß ist- macht den Aufenthalt perfekt, auch dass draußen noch Tische zum Essen sind.. und natürlich die Außendusche… TOP Von hieraus kann man viele Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Vermieter auch sehr nett… auch sein 92 jähriger Vater und sein Bruder… sehr herzlich Vielen Dank

We had a great stay, cannot recommend enough! Christian and his family went above and beyond both before and during our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was an amazing addition and had a beautiful view of Tropea. There is even a small kiosk open in the mornings by the pool where you can get great coffee! You’re missing out if you don’t stay here when I’m Tropea.

Ottima zona, qualche chilometro a nord di Pizzo calabro a 500 metri da un'ampia spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi attraversando una pineta profumata. Appartamento ampio e arredato di tutto punto. Il residence dove si trova, ha due piscine, una con scivolo ad acqua, campi da tennis e calcetto. Ottima l'accoglienza dei proprietari, gentili e disponibili. Consigliato a tutti.

Marina’s place is really beautiful, well decorated, fully equipped and comfortable. It feels like home and a very nice home, that is! The garden is delightful and we enjoyed very much our week in Tropea. Marina is a wonderful hostess, my dog had an allergy and Marina owns a veterinary pharmacy, I asked her advice and she came over and brought him some medicine. They also had the lawn mowed so that it would be more comfortable for a small dog! Marina and Francesco are very caring and friendly hosts. I totally recommend her perfect home away in beautiful Tropea. Thank you so much Marina and Francesco!

Ein fantastischer Ort zum Urlaub machen. Alles im Haus vorhanden was man für 6 Personen braucht. Ausreichend Platz und man fühlt sich innerhalb von Minuten Zuhause. Man braucht ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden, aber auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz auch für große Autos. Wir wollten nicht abreisen und können uns definitiv vorstellen wiederzukommen - allein schon um den zukünftigen Pool zu bewundern (der fehlte dieses Mal noch zur vollständigen 5 Sterne Bewertung - ist aber wohl in Planung).

L’accoglienza di Francesca e della sua famiglia ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, hanno pensato a dare il benvenuto perfino ai nostri cagnolini! L’alloggio é curato in ogni dettaglio e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a due passi dal mare. Consigliatissimo!

Alloggio ben organizzato e pulito, facilmente raggiungibile ed in posizione strategica per poter raggiungere tutti luoghi della costa degli dei. Aerea molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Cucina ben fornita di ogni utensile e giardino privato molto accogliente. Rosa è sempre stata un host presente ad ogni nostra richiesta ed informazione.

We had a great time, the house is exactly as described, bathroom and rooms are renovated and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cutlery. Marco left a few basic supplies but I suppose this will depend on what guest left behind. Marco left a nice hotel soaps with the towels which is a nice gesture. The location is good the city centre is only 15 min waking down and 25min if you are going back up...good luck! the place is spotless the beds very comfy and air-conditioning in all rooms,also smartTV in the kitchen, top notch facilities, families need to be mindful that there is no microwave. The property is located in a high street with plenty of bars, patisserie and supermarket. The property is located near train tracks, you can hear the train but it is not a bother as we spend most of our time away. The garden needs some care and attention to remove clutter to make it more attractive. we would definitely come back. Calabria is great and this is base to explore the region.

La maison est spacieuse et confortable, idéalement située au coeur de la vieille ville, dans un écrin de verdure. Très calme. Francesca nous a très bien accueilli. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

Villa Ulivo è stata per noi una bella sorpresa! Casa piccola ma con tutto e di più! Ottimo il giardino, la lavatrice e anche la lavastoviglie. Il top è stato avere AC nelle stanze, poi la possibilità di verdure freschissime dall'orto del padre di Enrico. E infine la compagnia di 2 simpatici cagnolini. Un posto che vale la pena di andare.

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Anna place was perfect for our family of 6. 2 min walk to the beach, beautiful beach and great food. The roof top patio was perfect for sun sets and a peace drink at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Die Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss der Villa, die über ein grosszügiges Entrée betreten wird. Sie ist sehr hell und stylish durch die bunten Fliesen, welche in allen Räumen verlegt sind. Ausserdem ist sie sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Giuseppe hat uns bereits eine grosszügige Auswahl von Lebensmitteln bereitgestellt - der erste Espresso, die erste Spaghettata konnte gekocht werden und viele Säfte standen bereit. Ausserdem wurden wir in den 9 Tagen unserer Anwesenheit mehrmals mit frischen Eiern verwöhnt und am Sonntag gab es frische Patisserie aus der lokalen Pasticceria. Herrlich! Wir konnten das Meer vom Balkon durch die Bäume des Nachbargrundstücks unter der Schirmpinie schimmern sehen und wir haben die Nähe zum wunderbaren Sand-/Kieselstrand genossen - jeden Morgen war unser erstes Ziel ein Bad im klaren warmen türkisfarbenen Wasser. Giuseppe und Carmen sind sehr sympathische umsichtige Gastgeber, die sich sehr gut gekümmert haben. Wir kommen wieder!

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Die Ankunft im Dorf war aufgrund der Fahrt nach oben bereits besonders. Die Auffahrt dauert ca 10min. und vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck über die Aussicht. Ein kleines Bergdorf mit viel Charm und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria und auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist so idyllisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig. Stefania und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und das auf eine um aufdringliche Art. Wir kommen gerne wieder….

选择住在这里是我最正确的选择，我在这里度过了很美好很舒适的时光！感谢房东Marenya，她就像亲人一样如此热心的帮助我解答一切，和关心我。刚到的时候，我发出一个下车的地址，Marenya立刻出现在我的眼前。用车载我到住处，她非常熟练的带我浏览了一遍家里，教我怎么使用用品。房间意想不到的美丽，非常整洁，干净，我特别喜欢家里的装饰，比照片的好看太多了！床很大很舒服，客厅很漂亮，厨房设备齐全……之后，Manreya 带我去了超市买了未来几天的食物，Marenya非常有趣，我很喜欢她的性格！还给我介绍了意大利很多好吃的，也给我买了食物和水☺️当我发现忘记买意大利酱，Marenya第二天给我买了两瓶送到房间，冰箱里她准备了很多饮料，非常多感动！如此完美的体验❤️❤️❤️

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

La stanza è stupenda, con una meravigliosa vista mare e molto confortevole. Chiara è stata estremamente disponibile e flessibile, anche per quanto riguarda il check-in e gli orari. Sicuramente tornerò in estate per poter godere appieno anche del bellissimo terrazzo panoramico e della piscina. Esperienza super consigliata!

Giuseppe è venuto di persona ad accoglierci. Il suo appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco, quindi è tutto in ottime condizioni e corrisponde perfettamente alle aspettative che uno si fa guardando il sito, anzi risulta nche migliore con delle accortezze non segnalate, tipo le zanzariere a tutte le finestre, che in agosto non guastano. La casa è ancora in fase di abbellimento, in un contesto tranquillo e riservato, ma a pochi minuti sia da Nicotera che da Nicotera Marina. Veramente una bella esperienza, perfetta per scoprire la sua bellissima terra. Caldamente consigliato!

L'appartamento si trova in un complesso tranquillo, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera di Punta Safó. Si tratta di una spiaggia sabbiosa, dal mare limpidissimo e generalmente poco affollata. L'appartamento é dotato di una terrazza ampia dalla quale si puó vedere il mare; ci sono anche un tavolo, delle sdraio ed un divanetto. La cucina é ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire; molto apprezzate la cassa bluetooth in salotto e la libreria in camera. Dirk é un host preciso e attento ma un grazie speciale va a Lisa, la quale di fatto ci ha accolti, consigliati ed é sempre stata disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Super consigliato!
