A/C for all the house. You have two security entrance gates. Balcony with hammock and fence yard for dogs. Smart TVs, no Wifi, you can use your hot spot for them. You can shop at Plaza Caribe Mall and see so many Tourists Attractions. Centric near highway, Hospital, gas stations, pharmacy, Walmart, etc.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Located in a very convenient location close to a shopping center with a Super Walmart! There are also many places to go sight seeing that are tourist friendly and extremely fun to visit! There are restaurants nearby with live music playing so that you can enjoy your meal with excellent ambience! In PR we have Electricity problems but you will not have that problem since I have the installation of SOLAR PANELS

It was a wonderful place to stay and beautiful areas to walk in except for the occasionally iguana who jumped out at me, lol I am from Boston so I’m just used to mosquitoes. I hope people do choose this area because it was very pleasant and quiet.

Beautiful place everything was clean, house smells nice very comfortable great area very quiet easy access to the house ,not much water pressure but i think thats all the island,it has air conditioning unit in all rooms nice and cold parking space for 6 cars our stay was wonderful we will definitely book again i recommend it 100%

Our stay at Armando’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of everything with quick access to supermarkets, restaurants, and the stunning natural beauty of the island. The convenience of having a washer and dryer made our stay even easier, and winding down each evening in the peaceful zen yard was pure bliss. We visited Puerto Rico with the family to attend my daughter medical school graduation. We were nine and there was plenty of beds to accommodate everyone. The house was clean and AC in every room was wonderful. Jennifer was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I visit beautiful Ponce again.
