Beachfront holiday rental in Cape Winelands District Municipality

Thank you for welcoming us in your beautiful home. It is in a very safe and beautiful area. We had our own privacy and had access to everything we needed. We enjoyed our time very much and would gladly come again.

We had a wonderful time at Beachcomber. It is so close to the beach you can walk barefoot and with just your towel and go for a swim. Sharon was a wonderful host - very friendly and always available if we had any questions. The house was clean and just like the photos. The area is very quiet and our dog and cat also felt welcome and had a wonderful time there. It was very hot when we were there so it was so nice to be able to peacefully soak in the sun in the garden and swim in the pool when it was too windy for the beach.

Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Yasmin was super responsive throughout our stay and was also at the property to welcome us on arrival including homely touches like rusks and fruit when we got there. The property is ideally situated just 1 minute walk from strand beach and has safe and secure parking available. The house was super clean and had excellent supply of towels, extra linens, an iron etc. As is common in South Africa we also experienced some load shedding during our stay and Yasmin was always super friendly to communicate what times electricity would be down! We stayed 2 weeks at the property and cannot wait to come back next year. If you are looking for a safe property close to the beach, Cape Town, Stellenbosh and all the major sights this is ideal!

We couldn't have asked for a better place nor a warmer welcome to Cape Town! This cottage is amazing! Every little nook and corner has been thoroughly been treated with such care that it just stands out as a cozy home-away-from-home. The WiFi is great, the kitchen is fully equipped and the neighborhood is very pleasant and safe! We were really glad we chose this cottage, but we are even more glad that the cottage chose us. For you see, the greatest standout feature of this place, and what makes it truly unique and so charming are its owners, Annamarie and Andries. I can't for the life of me remember ever meeting a more friendly and interesting couple of hosts like this one. Because of them, our stay here has truly shined and our memories will be filled with the best of feelings and the greatest nostalgia. We love it all! Five stars doesn't even come close… there aren't enough stars in the night sky that could be bestowed upon these two!

This is a beautifully maintained apartment with one of the best views in the Strand. We loved having sundowners on the balcony, cooking in the modern and well equipped kitchen and having the beach on our doorstep. The safe undercover parking was an added bonus. Marius is a gentleman and ready to assist with any enquiry. One cannot go wrong with staying at 85 Cap d’ Azur.

This was our third time staying at The Salt Box and we had another great stay! The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The location is convenient with the beachfront a short walk or drive away. We love the peaceful atmosphere with sliding doors opening the lounge to the private garden / pool area. Dining in is a breeze with everything we needed provided for. The furniture and beds are comfortable and views from upstairs never get old. Ame and Spencer are amazing hosts and are always super responsive and friendly. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras they provide. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Location, location, location! :) The place is exactly what the pictures promise. The neighbourhood is safe; relatively not too busy; and has a variety of amenities (restaurants, spa, etc.). The beach is right in front of the building (beautiful views from the private balcony and bedroom, fresh air and ease of access). The host and her staff are very hospitable and responsive.

Excellent spacious,well kept place. with 5 in the family....that 3rd bathroom was the hands down winner. Well done....I wouldn't mind using the same place annually!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything my girls and I needed! The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and the beach was just across the road. I would highly recommend Su’s apartment.

Anneline's place in Strand is a hidden gem! The beautiful garden and peaceful atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing. The super clean accommodation exceeded my expectations. Anneline's great and friendly communication made me feel safe and welcomed. The delicious rusks provided as an extra touch were a delightful surprise! Highly recommend this cozy and charming Airbnb for a perfect getaway.

It's a very cozy house, where you can cook your own meals every day, making it feel truly like home.

Super cool place to stay - top floor, private terrace, lots of space, well-equipped kitchen, gated territory, secure parking. Minutes to the beach. Long city promenade to take a walk or run. Brand new mall and supermarket 15 min away by foot. Easy access to Stellenbosch winery scene. Highly recommended, place has very good vibe and suits both short and long stays.

Rina was very friendly and responded immediately to requests. Place was very well kept and accurately described/advertised. View was amazing and quick walk from any action and the beach. Would highly recommend.
