Watch the Waves from a Bright, Stylish Coastal Studio

Curl up in the snug reading nook before toasting the ocean sunset on the terrace of this high-end seaside hideaway. Take a sunny stroll on the beach and do some whale-watching, then head home to fire up the barbecue for an alfresco meal with a view. It is a studio apartment with fantastic views of the ocean and lions head. The apartment comfortably accommodates two people and with the sleeper couch, it is ideal for a couple with a child. It is also ideally suited for businessmen who would prefer not to stay in a hotel as it is a quick 10 min ride into the city against traffic. The apartment is stylishly furnished with high end finishes and all necessary mod-cons including fridge, dishwasher and convection oven. The apartment enters into the kitchen and open plan living room. There is a breakfast nook/reading corner with a mountain view. The kitchen has a large centre island with breakfast seating for two. The lounge has a large, comfortable 2-seater couch with flat screen TV. The bed is a normal sized double bed which is exactly 2m long with a headboard and footboard and is therefore not ideal for guests taller than 6ft. The bedroom offers ample wardrobe space and the bathroom has a free standing shower. The deck leads directly off the living room, features views of the ocean and Lion’s head and is the perfect place to enjoy the magnificent Camps Bay sunsets. There is an outdoor table with comfortable chairs which is an ideal spot for the holiday maker wanting to relax with a book on the deck or to enjoy an al-fresco meal. The apartment is a 20 min walk to the Camps Bay beaches and restaurants and a 5 min walk to Bakoven beach. Everview Studio can be booked together with Everview Suite if a 4-bedroom unit is required. There is wireless internet access throughout the apartment and full DSTV access. The apartment is serviced daily Monday to Friday. The owners live on the property and are able to help with any questions or recommendations for things to do in Cape Town. Camps Bay is a stunning place, with natural beauty and unique views of both the ocean and the mountains. Walk to Bakoven beach in five minutes, or head across to Camps Bay's popular beaches and restaurants in 20 minutes. The myCiti bus stop is 100m from the house and there are 2 dedicated bus routes into Cape Town from there. There is one route clockwise around Camps Bay and another anti-clockwise. PLEASE NOTE: The bed is a normal sized double bed which is exactly 2m long with a headboard and footboard and is therefore not ideal for guests taller than 6ft. There is one free parking space for guests. Additional parking bays by arrangement only. There is a grocery store about 200m up the road (2min walk) which is open from 7am - 9pm and is well stocked, has ample parking and ATM machines.

Seaside Living Close to the Stadium. Alt Power.

The apartment is 50m2 consisting of the following: •bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, hand basin and shower), •living area with a small desk •Kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge •Second toilet which also houses washing machine. There is a television in the bedroom as well as in the living area. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available in the unit. Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the outside window sill is about 3m above the ground level. The window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The complex has access control and there is a fulltime janitor on site. You will be welcomed in person and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of many of Cape Town's major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient and popular MyCiTi Bus public service, the Mouille Point bus stop is 120m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 700m from apartment. Walk to Camps Bay Beach from a Bright, Chic Home

Start the day with a energizing coffee in the quiet courtyard before a short stroll to beautiful Camps Bay. After a day of adventure and a trip on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, unwind in serene surroundings and admire Africa-inspired artwork. The space is within my home but is private and has its own entrance and off street parking. It is a spacious bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a large luxury bathroom (including shower and bath), and a coffee station with a fridge. Outside is a small, private courtyard with table and chairs. Although there is not a view from the bedroom, it is only a 30 second walk to the beachfront. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Private entrance with parking inside secure complex. Flexible to clients needs The house is less than 100m from the Camps Bay beachfront, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's also close to the CBD and other popular attractions, such as the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, V&A Waterfront, and Lion's Head. MyCiti bus stops allow easy access to the rest of Cape Town, one of which is located just 100m down the road.
