Monthly Rentals in Cape Perpetua

The place we stayed was gorgeous and the cottage was so cozy. You could walk to town with ease and be at the ocean in minutes. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a nice getaway on the coast. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

This location can't be beat--no close neighbors, a trail thru the gorgeous forest right out the door, a quick walk to the beach and we listened to ocean waves all night. Chelsea was a terrific host and had the house stocked with lots of things most Airbnbs don't offer. Can't recommend this enough, thank you, Chelsea!!

Our 4th visit to Keith's amazing place in Yachats. We love Sea it All. The unobstructed views are amazing. Great sunsets and the sounds of the ocean make this a place we always enjoy. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just south of the bridge, but close enough for walking back into Yachats. The King bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the TV and fireplace in the evenings. Worked perfect with our Hulu subscription. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Newer fridge and dishwasher, with even a great washer and dryer in the mud room. Plenty of room for the kids in the downstairs bedroom, with its own bathroom. Keith is an amazing host and very responsive to any questions. We look forward to our next stay in the Sea it All AirBB in Yachats!

In spite of health challenges for both my wife and I, the stay was about as good as we could expect. The street and proximity to the fantastic Oregon Coast was exceptional. Yachats village are both unique and beautiful. Certainly would come back. Avery, the host, was the best.
