At street level there is a bar and a small supermarket. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with free access to the communal swimming pool and a parking space in the communal car park (option of a second parking space at extra cost). It is 500m from the Roda Golf Club, 2 km from Los Alcázares and its beaches.

The park's beaches are about a 15-minute walk and a 5-minute drive or bus ride from the house. Although Cobaticas does not have any shops or services, the town of Los Belones is a 5-minute drive away and Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor are less than 10 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away.
