The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. This home only accepts Dogs as pets.

We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Enjoy foggy mornings in the hot tub, adventure during the day and spend sunsets by the fire pit or on our large deck. Our open concept, spacious home with 2 primary suites with king beds and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed was completed in 2021. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short walking distance from Pacific City's main beach, Cape Kiwanda, as well as the Pelican Pub, Stimulus Coffee and Bakery, PC Pour, Moment Surf Shop, and other restaurants. It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto. Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.
