My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The place looked just like the pictures. It truly put us at ease how clean the place was and smelled. It was well stocked with everything you would need. And our kids loved the scooters!! The host and his Dami definitely put the love into their property and it was felt! We would definitely stay here again!!!

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

5/5 stars! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was perfect for our family's needs, with everything we could possibly want. But the real showstopper was the stunning view - it took our breath away every day! Our whole family loved every moment of our stay, and we can't wait to come back every summer. Even the intense storm on our last day couldn't dampen our spirits! The big waves and strong winds only added to the excitement, and we still managed to have a great time. Thank you to our amazing hosts for sharing this gem with us. We'll be back soon, storm or shine!

This place is really nice. We spent much of our stay looking at properties for a potential move so we weren’t on a standard vacation. Spent some time at the beaches and up in Venice. Went fishing on a charter from the marina next door. He condo itself is beautiful and roomy. Kitchen well equipped. No complaints at all. I would certainly stay there again. Becky is great to work with. Highly recommended.

Great place to relax. The space is very welcoming and peaceful with modern, clean lines flavor. Beach is step away- no crowds. We were very lucky and met very good hearted people around. We extended our stay thanks to Brian who helped us accommodate for one more night. I really do recommend Brian’s listing. Thank you for your hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the salty surfer. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our five day visit.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

This condo was even cuter in person than it was in the photos. It was super clean, safe, spacious, had a gorgeous screened in balcony that looked out over the pool, and was centrally located really close to groceries, restaurants, multiple beaches, and more. We stayed here as a family of 4 and the kids had their own room and bathroom and we had a master with en suite. I saw another review that said there is a little noise from the busy road outside but you really only notice it if you're trying to sleep with the windows open. We originally booked a hotel that ended up being awful so I found this place last minute and they were able to get us in the very next morning. They let us check in early since we were kind of stranded, and walking in was like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this place for 2-4 people!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Had a great stay and beautiful peaceful private beach! I will say make sure you bring your own beach chair and umbrella. It’s stated they have some but I think other guested used them all.

Perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Fabien was extremely responsive. Place was spotless and pool is close by. Definitely would stay here again!

Gary and Vicki's place was great! The space, the pool, the games, to name a few, were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and it was the perfect space for relaxing and still have the time to head to the pool or beach. The beaches were super close and not packed with people. The amenities that Gary and Vicki had fit perfect to what we needed for beach time. For example, a wagon, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels etc. The neighborhood was very friendly and we felt safe the whole time!

This was a great condo. Plenty of room and had all the amenities you could imagine since we flew. There were coolers, beach chairs, fishing poles and gear, plenty of beach towels. The washer/dryer in the unit makes all the difference. The beach was not over crowded and we saw dolphins almost every day and even had a manatee swim by on day 5. A green turtle had came up on beach but did not lay her eggs. I missed seeing her but she left tracks that looked like a 4 wheeler. Mote marine lab employees/ volunteers came out and talking with them was great. They do everything they can in this area saving turtles and that makes me so happy.

We loved our stay here, Jeff and Alexandra went above and beyond in welcoming us. Sweet touches, essentials provided, cleaned very well, any minor issue we had was promptly addressed and taken care of! I’m not sure we’ve ever had a better experience anywhere. Easy little walk to beach access, and had all the beach gear! Thank you so much, y’all are the best! We will be back!

Great people I called about a small issue and he came out right then and took care of it ! Hope to be going back ! I am very pleased with them !

great place to stay...room was clean, very short walk to the beach, many items in the room available to use (numerous beach chairs, beach umbrellas, life jackets, ect) would definitely stay again!

Everything about his place says, "Welcome! We are so glad you are here!" Everything you need for a great vaca is included, and many extra little things. A few of my favs.....stevia, parchment paper, and foaming soap. Vicki, you have my heart! Very comfortable environment: lovely lighting, linens, furniture, and super clean. Superb setting with great access to the ocean. David and Vicki are first rate hosts! Many thanks for a wonderful vacation.

We absolutely loved our return visit to Trish’s beautiful beach condo! Perfect location with gorgeous views, right on the beach. Everything you could need is provided, and Trish is readily available for any questions or concerns. Truly feels like a luxury resort! Highlight was seeing all of the fireworks displays all around the area from the upper balcony on the 4th of July!
