Holiday rentals with beach access in Cape Coral

My husband, 3 Y.O. & I spent the weekend. This is a comfty, cozy one bedroom bungalow with a nice courtyard with sitting area & a grill. Everything is brand new! Comfortable bed & fluffy white towels. Nice decor. Dollar tree, Walmart, Dunkin’ Donuts, pizza is all nearby. Scot & Paula made some great recommendations & respond very quickly. Parking is right out front/in the back. Jungle bird tiki bar & restaurant is right next door & has a walk up bar and does live music every night at 7pm until closing-10pm. We got some great bbq wings. Yacht club public beach is a 6 minute drive away & has a tiki bar and grill restaurant on the water. We brought 2 beach chairs that were in the unit & caught a beautiful sunset/put our feet in the water. Fort Myers beach was a 40 minute drive on Saturday, parking was $8 for 3 hours. We caught a lovely sunset there also & people watched as it is more touristy. Scot and Paula were excellent host! Nice time!

This vacation spot was a beautiful home with a wonderful pool. Located 15 minutes from Ft. Meyers beach hot spots and short walks to some great eateries! Beautifully decorated with new fixtures and a giant deck to view the water.

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

Sylvia’s home was beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

Olya’s home is wonderful. It was very clean, well decorated, and smelled great. It’s centrally located and in close distance to many of the beautiful Florida beaches. The home was full of everything we needed for our stay. The family had a blast kayaking the canal, fishing and swimming in the pool. It had plenty of room for all 8 of us. We enjoyed our family vacation and would love to stay at Olya’s again in the future!

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

The owners were great at responding with any questions we have had. Highly recommend them and it was a beautiful place to stay. Definitely would love to come back. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the everything you would need to stay and then some extra. Any questions we had they replied within 10 minutes or less. They continually check up on us on the first day to make everything was going perfect. Which it was.

We have traveled extensively the last 20 years. This is the best place we’ve rented. The house is beautiful, the pool lanai was so comfortable and the pool perfect. I will miss my pool time when we leave. Because we owned a motel for years we know a little about the service industry and we have tried to help new and old hosts with suggestions. There is nothing to tell Donna. This place was an amazing find. We’ll be back next year.

We had such a wonderful stay! Luke was incredibly communicative and attentive from start to finish—he made everything seamless and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The home itself was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and so comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the stunning pool and the breathtaking view—pictures don’t even do it justice! Our kids loved it and it felt like we were at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor area was the highlight — the private pool and peaceful vibe made it feel like our own little paradise. The host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Location-wise, it was perfect — close to restaurants and all the fun Cape Coral has to offer. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a amazing stay in Southwest Florida!

We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice and relaxing stay. Bed was very comfortable, however we did bring our own pillows. The pool and hot tub were relaxing as well. The gazebo shown on the picture does not exist, but that is okay as we stay under the covered area outside. Our puppy loved how much room he had to run in the backyard. We did have to fix the gate ourselves as it would not close properly and we didn’t want your puppy escaping. All in all it was an amazing nice stay and super relaxing! The home is a perfect vacation home when you want to get away and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of activities/games in the home and the kitchen was well stocked; from panini press, airfryer, grill. I love to cook so it was nice having more than the essentials. My son caught his 1st fish! The home had everything to catch and eat it, lol! The heated pool is awesome, the views are relaxing, home is spacious. We explored downtown Fort Myers, which was a close drive from the home. There were some unique stores and nice areas to stroll and discover. If you're into seafood stop by Izzy's..the food was delicious and the kids loved thier burgers. the key lime bar dessert was one of the best I've tried. Being able to explore and come back to a warm pool was phenomenal. Remember to bring your bug spray if you plan to sit out by the canal in the evenings for the view, fire pit, or fishing. The Host really thought of every small detail! The art work in the home is impressive. LOVED IT ALL

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

Lover’s Key is a lovely low key and private place to stay! This is our 4th anniversary here in Ft Meyers. Our time here never disappoints. John’s place has what you need but we always bring extra TP, dishwasher cubes and laundry cubes. Just makes it easier… Flipper’s restaurant is right outside the door. Good food and good drinks! Key Lime Colada was delish! Lastly, please remember that Ft Meyers is still in a rebuilding phase, it’s taken a couple of years to get the bridge re built. There are plenty of things to do downtown and surrounding areas. We look forward to next year!

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!

My stay was beautiful, everything was clean and peaceful, right in front of the beach me and my family loved it , amazing host amazing location .
