This is an ocean front cottage with a million dollar view of Cape Cod Bay. Fully furnished rustic cottage on private property. Spectacular sunrise. Enjoy watching frolicking seals. Low tide exposes tide pools and sand bars to explore. Twenty-two steps down to the beach. Sometime in October we bring up the beach stairs due to the weather. They go back down in the spring. On the road, a short walk to a nature preserve, there is a path to the beach. This is a very peaceful and quiet location.

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. You have full access to your own private beach, deck, outdoor shower and outdoor dining area. Pond is great for swimming, boating and fishing. There are lots of mountain biking and walking trails from the cottage.
