Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Casinha do Mar - The Sea House

Our house is situated in a very tradicional neighborhood. This place is known as the Old Fisherman neighborhood. Beach is just 3 minutes walking with good waves for surfers but also for who want to enjoy the sun. If you want to leave a really Portuguese experience close to the beach this is the place. Lisbon is just 20 minutes by car and public transports are just in a short walk for 3 minutes.
