The ground floor has a large living room with a TV, an open-plan kitchen (equipped with everything you need), a lavatory, a laundry room and a lakeside balcony with a private Jacuzzi (disabled in the low season). Parking space for 2 (two) vehicles.

It has a brewery! 55" Smart TV! 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite) + social bathroom + toilet. Hot/cold air-conditioning in the bedrooms. 2 parking spaces on the ground floor - can accommodate a pickup truck. We offer a cart with 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. We provide bed linens. We DO NOT provide towels. There is NO safety net in the living room.
