Very well located condominium, close to the center and the beach, with excellent infrastructure (swimming pools, fitness center, restaurant, as well as beach chair and umbrella service for the beach). We really enjoyed it and intend to return!

Divine apartment, very equipped to spend a few incredible days. There was nothing missing, for cooking, in the bathroom, in the bedroom, to go to the beach. We loved it, let's come back. They let us check in 2 hours before, we were coming from a 2pm trip. Communication is always very fast and friendly.

We had a great time at Daiane's apartment! Everything was impeccable, as described in the listing. Cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed and sofa and everything clean and organized. The loft has a great location and an amazing view. For those looking to rest and enjoy the Guarita beach, the apartment is the ideal choice, just a few meters from the loft. You can do everything on foot, without the need to use a car. The hostess Daiane was extremely polite and helpful, making the check-in and check-out flexible, which was great for us. We'll definitely be back.

Organized and well-equipped duplex. Quiet location relatively close to the sea. We stayed for a week and liked it. Points to improve: the toilet in the upstairs bathroom is very close to the wall, making it difficult to use, and the Internet on the TV failed several times.

It was the second time we stayed at Loft do Jota. It is a very cozy and quiet space and is less than two blocks from the square and the Church. We recommend it!

The place is as described and presented in the images, there is care in the smallest details. The apartment is well decorated, the kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cozy and we were very well received. There is a very good atmosphere in the space. Rodrigo's apartment is new, clean and organized, offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is great, with easy access to all the beaches of Torres and the city center at the same time as it is in a quiet spot. We were received by Nair, who gave us the necessary information and was always available for possible questions. We definitely recommend and will be staying in this apartment again.
