We are located in the archaeological park of the ancient Appia - ancient Roman road, open-air museum and UNESCO heritage site - and we are 15 minutes from the Baths of Caracalla and Circus Maximus, the historic heart of Rome. Recovered from an old annex, the house is located on a panoramic hilltop within a three-hectare farm estate and is surrounded by a beautiful dining and relaxation area with a hot tub.

The apartment with terrace, located on the 8th floor of a historic building, equipped with an elevator, has just been renovated and finely furnished.
