In the historic centre of Forte dei Marmi, a stone's throw from the shops and the beach, Forte 1013 is an elegant and comfortable solution equipped with every comfort. It is an apartment of about 120 square meters on the first and last floor in the villa of 1930, consisting of a spacious living area, a large kitchen with masonry and an adjoining comfortable pantry, a large and bright double bedroom with an en-suite shower, a second double bedroom and a two-bed bedroom with a bathtub.

A beautiful, light-filled 40-square metre self-contained apartment just 200 metres from Pietrasanta's stunning main square. Decorated with care in shades of grey and white, it’s lovely and cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. We also offer our guests free bikes. Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
