Holiday rentals with a patio in Capaci

Nagyon örülök hogy ezt a lakást választottam mert meg felelt minden igénynek és tiszta és kényelmes volt. Ha meg erre járok biztosan Anna lakást választom.

The house is amazing. So clean, modern and stylish. High spec kitchen and bathroom and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Wonderful, sunny roof terrace and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. A choice of restaurants nearby and on the way to the beach. Handy for the airport and Salvatore drove us there to catch our flight. I don’t think there is WiFi.

Marina’s apartment was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay in Palermo. The view from the terrace was stunning—we loved enjoying our morning coffee and evening wine while watching the sunrise and sunset. Marina was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay at her apartment again next time we’re in Palermo—hopefully, it’ll be available! For those staying with a rental car like we did, street parking outside the apartment is free, but please be aware of so-called “Posteggiatori” who often stand near parking areas and demand money for parking, especially where parking is limited on weekends and holidays. When we arrived, a man approached my husband aggressively demanding money for parking. What they do is absolutely illegal and you DO NOT HAVE TO PAY them for parking. Simply let them know you are staying at the apartment.

What can I say about Francesco and his beautiful melusina loft other than it was a fabulous experience. Francesco couldn’t have done anymore than he did, meeting us at the train station , showing us round his apartment personally making sure we were totally happy with everything. Then there’s the apartment itself it was beautiful and everything and more than stated, beautiful decor with a fabulous roof terrace. Francesco even left us supplies to keep us going our first few days. He then gave us recommendations to the sights and best eateries. The melusina loft and Francesco will long stay in our memories and we look forward to returning.

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 🌞 Ce logement est calme, propre et à une superbe terrasse donnant sur la montagne et la mer. Je recommande cet appartement pour toute personne cherchant un endroit calme où se détendre. Gaetano a été très réactif et serviable, ses nombreuses recommandations ont été très appréciées et nous ont permis de découvrir les alentours. 😁

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

A delightful, warm , helpful and friendly host. The property was a good size, tidy and well decorated. The location was perfect as you could walk to the beach , restaurant and amenities in no time . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s place. Definitely need a car, but it was a great home base for touring there area. House was very clean and a good size for our family of 5. We loved the garden area! There is not much to do in the immediate area, but a 15-30 min drive can offer all you need. My only critique is the pillows were not comfortable.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de Salvatore. La vue sur la mer était magnifique surtout le matin. Salvatore est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. On recommande !

Der Check In war super einfach und wir konnten sogar schon früher ins Apartment. Robertos Bruder hat uns in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Roberto und auch sein Bruder antworten innerhalb weniger Minuten. Roberto fragt auch proaktiv nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Weiterhin hat er uns eine lange Liste mit Restaurant Tipps etc. gesendet. Die Unterkunft hat einen super schönen großen Garten zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor Küche. Es war alles sauber und auch alles da, was man braucht. Parken kann man problemlos um die Ecke. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Absolute Empfehlung :)

The house was new and very clean and tidy and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms had mosquito netting. Tizana and her husband were there to greet us which was really great. the description was correct the only minus was the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

Non posso che lasciare una ottima recensione per Angelo ed il suo appartamento.Ottima la posizione,vicino a tutti i punti di interesse e in una piazza tranquilla,dove si può riposare serenamente la notte.pulizia top e host molto gentile che ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie prima del check-in.grazie ancora Angelo.Torneremo sicuramente.Consigliato.

It was just magical to open the door and be overwhelmed by the great big blue of the Mediterranean Sea. I think it was the most magical view I’ve seen in my life. The mornings were spectacular, you open the door of the bathroom and all you see is blue. The terrace was sunny all day and overlooking the sea and the beach of Castellammare del Golfo. The town is very pretty & full of restaurants. The room was right in the centre so everything was walking distance. Definitely recommended for a romantic stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, le logement était impeccable en terme de propreté et d’équipements. L’hôte nous a proposé une navette malgré notre arrivée très tardive ! Il a été sympathique et discret, je recommande !

The apartment is quite large, I got a bit lost at first! Large and airy with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfasting on the terrace. It could be a bit noisy at times but was often quite peaceful. An easy walk to the old town and plenty of amenities nearby ie bakery and supermarket as well as many places to eat. Roberto was a great host always responding to our queries promptly. Would definitely recommend.

The place is great, close tho everything and the historical city center. Highly recommended!!

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, private and quiet despite it being in the middle of the ancient center which is quite active. Giuseppe was very helpful in orienting us to the property and the area. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Palermo.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, nous reviendrons sans doute ! Un petit bémol toutefois sur le manque de pression de la douche qui ne facilite pas toujours le rinçage. Nous restons toutefois très satisfaits !

Elisa est très prévenante, très réactive, toujours prête à rendre service et de bons conseils. Logement très grand, extrêmement bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire, petites attentions. Très grande terrasse très agréable. À un peu moins d'une demi-heure en bus des sites touristiques - ligne directe toutes les 5 minutes pour le vieux Palerme. Commerces - supermarché, restaurants, boulangerie... - juste à côté. Logement qui doit être particulièrement appréciable l'été lors des fortes chaleurs au vu de sa conception. Résidence calme.

Joli appartement, fonctionnel, confortable et situé dans une rue très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter :)
