Holiday rentals with beach access in Cap Cana Marina, Punta Cana

Excellent space, very proactive!

Karyn’s home was beautiful and serene. This is our second visit to her place and this time we took our children with us!!! We had a blast! The pool and private ocean front were not crowded as always. This is the perfect place to unwind, to get away from the noise and to relax while allowing yourself to rejuvenate. Thank you for having us once more Karyn!!!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. The location of the apartment was a big plus for me - close to good restaurants, the beach and a small supermarket. The apartment is tastefully decorated. I loved having breakfast on the small terrace. But always keep an eye out for the mosquitoes! Communication with Javier was perfect. I received an answer to my questions within a very short time. I really appreciated the recommendations of restaurants in Javier's guidebook. I recommend all travelers to rent this apartment, right on the basin. Thank you Javier for having me as your guest.

We had a great time during our time there. It was really good to be able to go around cap Cana and to enjoy Juanillo beach and the blue lagoon. Jesús was very approachable and communication with him was 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend Jesús' place if you want to have a nice and peaceful time

This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was even better than the first! The location is fantastic there are so many great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend checking out Pepe and the pizzeria nearby both were absolutely delicious and super convenient. The beaches are also easy to get to, just about a 15–20 minute drive. Overall, the stay was comfortable, the area is lively, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend!

Great stay!! The view is amazing, the infinity pool is 10 steps from the condo, everything was clean. It’s a very peaceful area. The hosts were incredible and provided excellent recommendations on what to do. Beach is beautiful, water shoes are recommended.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. I have stayed here a couple of times and Merissa is a great host, super responsive and willing to accommodate. Check-in was smooth and the apartment is stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Would definitely come back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The space was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a family vacation. The apartment had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms, and the layout was very family-friendly. The location couldn’t have been better—close to stunning beaches, restaurants, and activities, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Christina was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We made so many amazing memories here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

My sisters and I loved our little get away. There is a restaurant right in the backyard they played amazing music and live music as well (never super late music ended around 11pm). Her place was nice and comfy and so cute just like the pic. We had no complaints on the air bnb at all. A great place to stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home was everything described in the listing, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed , it smelled so clean when we arrived, the home is beautiful and located in a beautiful gated community. The host was very responsive and attentive. The location was literally minutes from the airport, grocery stores, and malls. I would recommend this stay to everyone.

I loved it!!! Rufina was super friendly and accommodating, she got us a domino and since it was raining we had a great time playing at night, the beach nearby, the pool with warm water, we all loved it and we are looking forward to returning, highly recommended!!!!

First of all, let me say, this is the first time I have written a review. Let me begin by saying this is THE BEST Air b and b that I've stayed in. The home is beautiful, and I loved the layout of it. The indoor outdoor floor plan is wonderful. It's like you're in a tropical oasis. It's very spacious and so are the bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was clean, and I enjoyed the sound of the water fall coming from the beautiful fountain. There are all kinds of fruit trees in the yard, and the host gives you permission to eat them. Speaking of host. Just remember the name Felix. This man is thee best host I've encountered. If anything you need, he is there to make it right and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We didn't have a hair dryer, and right away, he sent us a brand new one. He also made his golf cart available to us so we could get around. The area is beautiful. I absolutely enjoyed my stay

This stay in Punta Cana was one of my best Airbnb experiences of all time! The house l, space, and location were great, but Yvette’s work as the host is what put this one over the top. She was flexible and helpful on all fronts. We opted in for two nights of a chef cooking in the house for our group and we recommend that to everyone!! Get the Red Snapper! Looking forward to our next trip already.

Our stay was wonderful, we were comfortable at all times, easy to get to, equipped with everything you need. Rilquis was always on the lookout for everything. I recommend this place 100%. It is a very spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment.

I cannot say enough thank you to these guys, they did everything I asked for and went beyond so that we could have the best experience possible, the place is huge and has everything you need just as seen in the photos, if I can give them 10 stars I would ⭐️ highly recommend no doubt and definitely will be back!

Loved this place it was a very comfy and homey vibe! They have security 24/7 so I felt very safe! The water does turn hot and cold every couple of minutes but other than that the stay was amazing!

Janel was a great host. Communication was constant, and she was very attentive to everything. The apartment is very well equipped and beautiful. I would love to come back.
