Lucia replied immediately when I sent her a message! She was friendly and kind, and helped me with my parking question. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy! You will have everything you need for your daily needs! The apartment is in the best possible location in Caorle! I would definitely recommend Lucia's apartment! We were perfectly accommodated with four children! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped! We will return to Lucia's because it was a great experience!

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen – und wieder voll zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Schon beim ersten Besuch letztes Jahr waren wir begeistert, und auch diesmal war alles super. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Germana si è dimostrata gentilissima venendo in contro alle nostre esigenze con i bambini. Ha fatto il massimo per assicurarsi che la nostra vacanza fosse perfetta.

Appartamento pulito e ben organizzato a breve distanza dalla spiaggia Ottimo il consiglio del ristorante per la serata Parcheggio un pò piccolo ma ampia disponibilità di parcheggi in strada Consigliato

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sehr sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir, inkl unserem Hund, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wieder dort wohnen. Es war einfach nur perfekt.

Wir haben uns während des Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung war wie beschrieben und alles vorhanden. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist TOP. Richtung Vaporettos sind es ca 500 m zu Fuss und Richtung LIDO ebenfalls. Für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind die Tennis und Padeltennis Plätze. Auch die Tennisbar ist direkt neben an. wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub.

Super Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe- einfach perfekte Lage. Es ist sehr ruhig und alles was man benötigt in der Nähe. Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Alles sehr sauber- die Wohnung wie auch das restliche Haus und der Pool. Sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Wohnung liegt supergünstig an dem Meeresufer, mit guten Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

Wir sind mit Bus und Bahn angereist, in Chioggia selbst ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, direkt neben einem der Kanäle von Chioggia, an dem sich viele Restaurants und Bars befinden. Alices Empfehlungen waren super, die empfohlenen Restaurants gut bis sehr sehr gut. Chioggia ist atemberaubend schön und von Alices Wohnung aus kommt man easy überall hin.

Die Unterkunft war toll - sehr sauber und die Lage zum Meer wirklich super. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber und war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft waren sogar ein paar Getränke und Snacks vor Ort, toll falls man auch mal später ankommt und nichts mehr einkaufen kann. Auch der große überdachte Balkon ist super, da wir am ersten Tag etwas Regen hatten und die Kinder so trotzdem draußen spielen konnten. :-) Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. :-)

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The windows lookout to the sea and there's a wonderful spot with steps down to the water just a short walk away. Hosts were incredibly flexible, accommodating, provided several recommendations, and walked me around town to give me a feel of where things were. Loved Rovinj + loved this spot.

Chiara non è solo una padrona di casa molto speciale, ma anche una persona molto disponibile e fantastica. Poiché siamo riusciti ad arrivare solo 3 giorni dopo a causa di una malattia in famiglia, il check-in al mattino presto non è stato un problema. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza molto cordiale e Chiara ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie sull'appartamento e sulla zona circostante. L'appartamento era assolutamente pulito, immacolato e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La spiaggia e il mare erano a portata di mano dal balcone e a pochi passi. Una posizione davvero ottima e vantaggiosa, in quanto siamo stati in grado di raggiungere l'appartamento molto velocemente a piedi anche con il nostro bambino di 4 anni quando ci siamo presi una pausa dalla spiaggia. Es war Alles so wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, inklusive 2 Liegen und Schirm am Strand. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unter 10 min zu erreichen. Elisabetta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns Alles gezeigt und erklärt. Gekühlte Getränke und eine Flasche Prosecco standen schon bereit. Es gab z.B. Spültabs/Mülltüten/Kaffeepulver/Tee…. genügend Handtücher und sogar einen Bademantel. Klimaanlage und Internet funktionierten einwandfrei. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, allerdings war das Ein -und Ausparken nicht ganz so einfach ( VW Passat Kombi). Giorgio und Elisabetta waren sehr gut zu erreichen.

Ein wirklich wunderschöner Aufenthalt, der viel zu kurz war 🥹 Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt💗 Freuen uns jetzt schon auf ganz bald !
