Lucia replied immediately when I sent her a message! She was friendly and kind, and helped me with my parking question. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy! You will have everything you need for your daily needs! The apartment is in the best possible location in Caorle! I would definitely recommend Lucia's apartment! We were perfectly accommodated with four children! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped! We will return to Lucia's because it was a great experience!

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well stocked with everything. All that was missing were the chamomile sachets!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Been here for the second time - and again fully satisfied! The apartment is well maintained, lovingly furnished and simply comfortable. We were thrilled with our first visit last year, and everything was great this time too. Thank you for the great stay – we will definitely come back!

We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly live there again. It was just perfect.

Very quiet for sleeping. Easy for transportation to Venice and on the island of Lido. Easy walk to the beach, bicycle rentals, places to eat.

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing holiday.

Great accommodation in close proximity to the beach - simply perfect location. It is very quiet and everything you need is nearby. Beach, restaurants, shops. Everything very clean - the apartment as well as the rest of the house and the pool. Very good and uncomplicated communication. We felt very comfortable!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. :-)

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The windows lookout to the sea and there's a wonderful spot with steps down to the water just a short walk away. Hosts were incredibly flexible, accommodating, provided several recommendations, and walked me around town to give me a feel of where things were. Loved Rovinj + loved this spot.

Chiara is not only a very special hostess, but also a very helpful and fantastic person. Since we were only able to arrive 3 days later due to a family illness, early morning check-in was not a problem. We received a very cordial welcome and Chiara gave us all the necessary information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment was absolutely clean, immaculate and equipped with all possible appliances. We immediately felt at home. The beach and sea were at your fingertips from the balcony and within walking distance. A really great and advantageous location, as we were able to reach the apartment very quickly on foot even with our 4-year-old when we took a break from the beach. Everything was as shown in the pictures, including 2 loungers and umbrella on the beach. Baker and shopping facilities can be reached in under 10 minutes. Elisabetta greeted us personally and showed and explained everything to us. Chilled drinks and a bottle of Prosecco were already waiting. There were, for example, dishwasher tablets/garbage bags/coffee powder/tea…. enough towels and even a bathrobe. Air conditioning and internet worked perfectly. Parking directly at the house, but parking in and out was not quite as easy (VW Passat Kombi). Giorgio and Elisabetta were very easy to reach.

A really wonderful stay that was far too short 🥹 We felt at home Looking💗 forward to it very soon!
