The apartment has its own entry on the 2nd floor with common entry downstairs. The entry hall is also the living room where there is a table for 5 persons to eat. On the little balcony in front of the living room you can enjoy the sun from the early afternoon till the sunset. Next door there is a little kitchen with oven and fridge. The apartment also has its own bathroom. In the bigger bedroom there is one double bed, (1.60) and a couch which you can open (1.20). TV and Stereo are also in this room. In the little bedroom there are two single beds. This room is connected to the apartment, but also has its own entry. There is parking for free in the neighborhood. You can use the little patio in front of the house for a barbecue or just to relax.

This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the gigantic and world famous Staubbach Falls. In addition to the Staubbach Falls, depending on the weather, another five waterfalls can be seen. The incredible panorama is rounded off by the church directly in front of the Staubbach Falls.
