The cottage is located in Lesmaronies in the municipality of Saint Paul de Salers on a large wooded park. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed and the other with a 140 cm double bed, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher, garage, outdoor barbecue, garden furniture.

The village not only has a rich heritage, located on the shores of Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès on the Espinet peninsula, it is also endowed with rich nature, there are many activities to do nearby: Pers karting (4 km), adventure course, tree climbing, Himalayan walkways, hiking trails, pedal boat rental, jet ski, paddle... Seasonal rental from July to September. 500 m from the lake, for 6 people on the 1st floor of the owner's house with lake view.
