This modest home has been completely renovated on both levels, in a cocooning spirit, from the garden (with plancha/sheltered poolside aperitif area) to the 3 attic bedrooms. Former stable completely renovated in a horticultural village located on the road to St Jacques de Compostelle, in the heart of the Natura 2000 area, 5 km from the A75. In the heart of Auvergne, you will discover the chain of volcanoes, be able to ski in the Lioran ski resort (35 min), go to Puy en Velay (55 min), Puy de Dôme (Clermont Ferrand 50 min), Chaise Dieu, Lavaudieu, Blesle (Haute Loire 5 min), or follow in the footsteps of the Beast of Gevaudan (Lozère 30 min by A75).

Old stable adjacent to the main house, inhabited by the owners, Reda and Corrine. The stable transformed into a 27 m2 cottage with all the comforts, has its own private terrace. 2 km from Entraygues-sur-Truyère, in the Lot Gorges, village with all shops (restaurants, bars, pharmacy...) The property and its surroundings are a beautiful walking area (stream, forest) in absolute calm. Access to the pool (shared with the owners), unheated and closed from November to April.
