Backpacker ecofriendly environment. Awesome views of El Yunque. 2 Minutes to rainforest and only 10 minutes to the local beaches and town of Luquillo. We are 45 minutes to the ferries that will take you to Culebra and Vieques. Private property with chickens, 2 cats and a dog named Cayo. Our personal home is on the property. We are close by for any assistance. We have lots of fruits & vegetables (passion fruit, bananas, pineapple, mangos..). We are striving to be as low impact as possible.

Perfect private stay for 1-2 people. Enjoy the beautiful blue container surround by fruit trees on a private lot of land. You will have all the amenities you would need. About 500ft away is a gorgeous resort-maintained beach. The enclosed lot can be secured and there is always plenty of street parking. You will find mango, mini-banana, breadfruit, lemon, acerola, passion fruit and papaya plants. If you come during the right season, you are more than welcome to pick from them.

Great place to stay! The location is very close to a major highway, so easy access. Close to many beaches, walking distance and driving. The Kioskos of Luquillo are maybe 5 minutes from the location, if that. Omar is very responsive and answers quickly. We recommend and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit PR.

Casa Jibairo | Quiet Farm Stay by El Yunque

The farm was cute and a nice addition after being at El Yunque all day. We were able to shower and walk over to grab a pizza and some drinks and take a stroll on the farm. The hammock was nice to lay in at night and listen to the sounds of nature around us. The outside bathroom is larger than the one inside and also has warm water so I suggest that shower if you do not want to be cold. Cristina accommodated a late check-in since our flight was delayed and ensured we had plenty of lighting and that the place was nice and cool when we arrived. Thank you!

What an amazing getaway. High class luxury accommodations like this are hard to come by in PR. Jill’s place has everything and the view of city from this mountain top is unforgettable. Every room has these massive floor to ceiling windows so you never miss a chance to look out in awe. Since this property is so private, we left the blinds open the sunrise every morning and it’s honestly the perfect way to start the day inspired and excited for life. We stayed for a week and mostly worked from home. Jill’s pace is ideal for traveling remote couples due to its super fast internet WiFi and desk in the bedroom with very good soundproofing from the living room. Location is very safe. We will absolutely return for a longer stay. Jill is a top tier host, and your stay here is sure to be memorable in the best way possible.
