Monthly Rentals in Cannizzaro

Thanks to Rosario for her hospitality, sympathy and responsiveness! We booked last minute, he quickly accepted and contacted us to agree on the check-in time. The apartment is located in a peaceful residence, 10 minutes' walk from the seaside and in the centre of the small town of Cannizzarro. Ideally located town, close to Catania (< 20 mins from the centre by car or bus, 10 mins by train) and the main road that goes up to Messina or down to Syracuse. Etna is also close (South station 1900m to < 1h). A decisive criterion for us: the apartment has a private parking space for the rental car! Several shops nearby (pharmacy, local grocery store, post office, local bars, a few restaurants). Modern and very well-equipped apartment, the small outdoor garden is very nice. Grazie Mille!

The apartment is wonderful even in January in the rain and the terrance just amazing with views of the sunrise over the sea one side and a snow capped Mt Etna the other. Both Giuseppe and his mum, very helpful and generous hosts, with fridge stocked and breakfast food provided. Also the wi-fi is super fast and was great for working video calls and Netflix. Diego was the best host ever! He welcomed us personally and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy our stay. He’s also an experienced tour operator and gave us fantastic tips on what to do, where to eat, and more. He even helped us organize an unforgettable excursion to Mount Etna. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just steps away from the sea. We use Airbnb regularly, and Diego is definitely the best hosts we’ve had!
