La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Cangas old town with restaurants within 100m. Very close to the promenade and the pier where the boats leave for Vigo, Isla de Ons and Islas Cíes. Rodeira beach is a 10-minute walk away. Very well located to enjoy the famous Christmas lights of Vigo since the boat only takes 20 minutes to arrive with departures every half hour during the week, thus avoiding the inconvenience of looking for parking in the centre of Vigo.

My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and pets. Please note that this is a studio located on the fourth floor and the elevator only goes up to the third floor. To get to the fourth floor you have to climb 14 steps. Free parking is available in the building or 200 meters away (subject to availability). It is located within the urban area of Portonovo. Within a 50m radius there is a supermarket, bakery, cafes and Caneliñas beach 140m away
