Stone house with a lot of charm due to its structure and location. It is just 10 meters from the beach, next to an old salting factory and the Temperan Estate. It has 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor and one double on the ground floor. All bedrooms have ocean views, the ground floor one due to its location has reduced visibility of the beach. Private outdoor terrace with ocean views, spacious living room with ocean views and modern, large kitchen with an office.

A small seaside house on the waterfront with exclusive views of the Ria de Pontevedra. A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

Enjoy this beautiful apartment located a 1-minute walk from the central beach of Rodeira (or as it was formerly called Praia de Areas Gordas) and a few minutes from downtown. With all the services (grocery store, pharmacy, supermarkets, clothing stores, coffee shops, restaurants, leisure areas...) a few minutes away on foot. Transport: bus stop 20 meters away and boat to go to Cíes Islands or Vigo 10 minutes away.

It is a ground floor and totally independent so you do not need an elevator and it is accessed directly from the street avoiding any contact with neighbors and common areas.
