O imóvel é composto por dois quartos, sala com tv, lareira e ar condicionado, cozinha completa, um banheiro e varanda com churrasqueira. Wi-fi. O espaço dispõe de açudes para pesca esportiva, cuja a prática é cobrada à parte. Café da manhã não incluso. Pode ser solicitado e pago à parte.
