New chalet in Gramado comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. It is located 150 m from the entrance portico of Gramado, 6 min from the center of the city, where some of the main sights are located, such as the Festivals Palace and the Covered Street, where you will find the beautiful European architecture and a great gastronomic variety. For your convenience, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, glasses and cutlery) on the ground floor, a double bed, TV, air conditioning and a bathroom. In the attic, there is another double bed and a single bed. It has uncovered parking for 1 car. Family friendly

The chalet is located in the midst of nature and is 6 km from the center of Canela and 15 km from the center of Gramado, overlooking the lake and with all the tranquility you need to relax. The space is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1 child. It has air-conditioning (hot/cold). The daily rate includes breakfast and, in addition, there is a separate bistro available for lunch and dinner with a reservation (not included in the daily rate). The space has reservoirs for sport fishing, the practice of which is charged separately.

The location is excellent, right in the center, close to all the commerce, allowing you to walk away. The venue has a bedroom with queen size double bed, bathroom with hydromassage and living room with sofa bed. The kitchen is complete. It also has smart TV, hot/cold air conditioning in both environments and wi-fi internet. Laundry, with washer and dryer, BBQ and parking available at no additional cost. It is a twin cottage, the patio, laundry and barbecue are shared.

We are 4.3 km (7 minutes) from the city center. Located on the site next to our house on Linha Ávila Alta 2090, all paved route. The house is handcrafted, with a green roof and large garden. It accommodates 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, 1 bedroom (double bed and sofa bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with minibar, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, grill and utensils. Bed and bath linens are also available, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.

It consists of a single room in a rustic style with a double bed, minibar, microwave, electric kettle, sandwich maker. There is no stove. The only partition is the bathroom.
