The daily rate includes breakfast and, in addition, there is a separate bistro available for lunch and dinner with a reservation (not included in the daily rate). The space has reservoirs for sport fishing, the practice of which is charged separately.

It is a twin cottage, the patio, laundry and barbecue are shared.

We are 4.3 km (7 minutes) from the city center. Located on the site next to our house on Linha Ávila Alta 2090, all paved route. The house is handcrafted, with a green roof and large garden. It accommodates 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, 1 bedroom (double bed and sofa bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with minibar, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, grill and utensils. Bed and bath linens are also available, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.
