Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Dans un village paisible ou la nature domine vous pourrez y faire la rencontre de nos petite chèvres Chocolat, Francky, Eglantine, Mirabelle. Le logement est proche du Tréport, Mers les Bains et la baie de somme (30 min). Il dispose d'un parking privé et d'un jardin. Nearby towns: Dieppe, Le Tréport, Mers-les-Bains. Leclerc 10 min drive and supermarkets nearby. Laundromat nearby as well.

Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom. Enclosed and private garden with deckchairs and garden furniture, barbecue. Secure parking in the yard for cars. Secure garage possible for 2 motorcycles. Located in Criel-sur-Mer, you can relax in peace in an elegant all-wood loft, with a spacious private terrace. It is located in an old renovated farmhouse, with a separate entrance. You will be steps away from the magnificent cliffs and the path along the Alabaster Coast (GR21). The beach is 3 km by car, bike or on foot. Many sites are to be discovered. And if you like walking, you'll be thrilled. Pets are welcome.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
